Excellent quality
We recently purchased this to power our radio base station at our fire department. This was the first time we've purchased a Tripp Lite power supply and we are very impressed with the quality of construction and performance.

It's a beast!
This is probably the best power supply I've ever owned. I bought it over 7 years ago and it's still going strong. It's quiet. So quiet that I've left it on for weeks at a time and never worried about it. It does get a bit warm. But OMG it is a great PS!!!!! I rarely give a full scale review of items. But this one should get a 6th star!

Power up an entire 12v display
115v to 12v converter used to power up and entire display of electronics. Works really great, unless you get hit by lighting

As tough as a sledge hammer
I purchased one of these 25 plus years ago and it still works without fail.
I have purchased several Tripp Lite products over the years and have been pleased with all of them.
I cannot comment on their customer service because I have never needed to contact them with any issues or concerns.

Great product
The PR- 60 converter works very well. We use it to life test 12 volt pumps and we run it 1000 hours at a time. It holds up great. Be careful handling the converter it is heavy and if you tip it toward the plastic fuse holder, it will break. If you don't notice you have broke the fuse holder and you turn it on, you can damage the converter.
