Rugged 8 outlet surge protection
I recently got this surge protector and installed it on my garage wall to power and protect my bank of battery charger/maintainers. It mounted easily with two screw anchors and plugged into the nearby outlet, with the excess cord neatly wrapped around the unit. I like the lighted on/off rocker switch, the led indicator for surge protection and the fact that Tripp-Lite will replace the unit if that led ever fails to light.

Professional and Reliable
I use this to protect an expensive treadmill that has to be positioned just out of reach of a good outlet to work for us. The power is steady and reliable and I never have to worry about the product failing. Awesome warranty and protection as well. I highly recommend this product and would buy it again.

Well constructed and dependable!
This product was better quality than I expected. It is perfect for supplying power plugs to my sensitive electronic devices and has good built-in protection. Well placed multiple (8) outlet holes allow me to utilize all of the plug-ins if needed. Good choice for hobby workshop!

The only surge protector that's worth every penny!
This has to be the best surge protector I have ever had! The extra long cord is a great benefit - makes it so easy to use all around my garage which has only one outlet. The cord wrap is really handy to keep the cord tidy when I store this surge protector. What I really like about this unit is that the shape keeps it stable - it doesn't fall over or flop around when I am moving it around or place it on a hook on the wall. The bright yellow is hard to miss too!
Overall the best value for a heavy duty surge protector. I am really very happy with this unit.

Excellent product
Great rugged power bar with surge protection. The wall mount system works great and the spacing leaves room for those nasty power bricks. All in all a sturdy, rugged, product that has provided me excellent protection and use.

Well-designed
This surge protector is well-designed. The distance between outlets is enough to accommodate most power adapters side-by-side, there is a handy hole for hanging it, the case is sturdy, the cord is LONG and durable, and cord management is top-notch! The ENTIRE cord wraps around the ends of the unit and stays put! The color is quite bright and noticeable. The LED light is very visible so it can be determined from a distance that the unit is switched on. It looks like something a professional contractor would use.
After a few years, the power switch on mine went bad. Tripp-Lite replaced the entire unit under warranty!

Durable
I've had this for over a year now and no complaints. It's not my first surge protector but this is my first Tripp-Lite.
This has a 12-foot cord which enabled me to plug it behind my sofa and have enough cord left without straining the plug in the wall socket.
One end has a handle for moving it easily or hanging it from something.
There are 8 plugs, which I really needed for all my tech gear.
There's an on/off power switch and a grounding light.
It's a nice heavy duty rugged item that looks like it will last for many years,

Tripp-Lite 8-Outlet Industrial Safety Surge Protector
Great product, solid design and construction, we like the plug covers and the cord wrap. We use this unit to travel to Exhibitor events and the unit is compact and easy to store, plus the 12 ft. cord length keeps from us having to purchase and take a separate extension cord. We highly recommend this product and you can't go wrong on the price either.

Great for music stage
Main use on stage for music equipments and instruments. Length is great. Be careful with the great led, it's coming out too much.

Well-designed for many different uses
I've been very impressed both with the build quality of the units I purchased, but also the utility. Typical surge protectors are thoughtless when it comes to cord management, environment, etc. and whatever team designed this product clearly knew what they were doing!

Built stout for backstage work, long cord, great price
Most surge suppressor that I have used, have not survivied a season of backstage activity. Long cable runs to reach keyboards and such are hard to find, esp. with boxes that can handle a higher voltage hit. Our area's AC power supply is very irregular and with frequent lightning strikes, good protection is a must. The Tripplite 825SA gives us all we need.

Wonderful product.
I am using this for my business and LOVE the various outlets and space. What attracted me most of all, though, is the coverage should any of my equipment short out. The peace of mind I have now is great. I'd recommend this product to everyone. Hands down one of the best investments I've made so far in 2016!

Good warranty and quality
Bought for garage and shop heavy duty design and like the warranty. Only issue is mounting and design. Wish it were more like bar design and never been a fan of measured mounting screws on back pain to get quite right and secure however satisfied with quality
