Perfect for your home or office workstation, the TLP615 Protect It! 6-Outlet Surge Protector features a surge suppression rating of 790 joules to defend your sensitive electronic components against strong surges and spikes. The TLP615 includes full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G) line surge suppression, as well as technology that filters out disruptive EMI/RFI line noise, preventing interference from disrupting your electronics and inflicting damage or data loss. Your computer and peripherals plug into six NEMA 5-15R outlets, including one designed to accept bulky transformers without blocking adjacent outlets. Integrated 15-amp circuit breaker protects all outlets against dangerous overloads. Lighted on/off switch provides one-touch control over connected equipment. Green LED indicates protection status. The 15-foot AC power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug allows the TLP615 to reach distant outlets, giving you flexibility in placing the power strip. Keyhole slots incorporated into the bottom panel provide convenient wall or desk mounting options for the light gray plastic housing.

Affordable surge protector with a long cord
This Tripp-Lite surge protector was exactly what I was looking for. The 15ft cord assures that I can plug it into the awkwardly-placed power outlet (located on the ceiling!)
I have been using the product for about half a year now, and haven't had any issues with it.
The only reason for taking off one star is that it only has room to plug in one power brick on the end - I would prefer if there was room for one more. But hey, at this price I really can't complain.

totally love the features!
Ok so I wanted a fifteen foot cord with surge protection and multiple outlets... AND a good price.
Bingo, this fit my needs perfectly.
It installed onto my wall over screws I put in the wall. One minor complaint: the screw-holes on the back of the outlet housing were small and I had a hard time fitting them over the drywall screws I used to hold the device to my wall.

Bought over a half a dozen of these for the office. I got them for 9.99 each. The cord is nice and long. 1080 joule protection and a $25000 life time warranty.

We use so many different power strips but the Trip lite ones are the best. I'm a huge fan of the strips with 12ft+ cords. Ideal for the user that positions their desk the maximum distance from outlets.

We use mostly Tripp Lite surge protectors, and they've been great. Over the past year, we've had a couple PCs be saved by them after a power surge. The long cords assure that they can reach wherever you need them.

Tripp Light Surge Protection
Bought a couple of 790 joules strips and have been very happy thus far. Love the longer cords too.
