It is really ECO!
Compared with my previous USPs, this is very, very compact. But don't judge it by its small size. It has been working greatly, protecting and backing up my PC, and most importantly, it does not look like a concrete brick under the desk like other USPs.

Good UPS, poor software
Software for monitoring does not play well with windows. When screen shuts down due to inactivity, the program locks up, have to restart. Date fields in the Logs can't accept direct typing, you have to use the pop up calendar. Which pops up too low on the screen to use, you can only see the first week, and you can't move the calendar.

This product performs as advertised
Got this to back up my cable modem and wireless router so I wouldn't lose my VOIP phone service during a power outage. Since the current draw is so low on my modem and router, the 350VA rating is more than enough to keep things running for over 2 hours.

I highly recommend this product to protect your devices.
I bought the Tripp Lite to support sensitive computer components used in brainwave entrainment equipment (Ajna Light) that I use in my professional practice. The model I purchased is Energy Star Certified, and the company has an impressive sustainability report that you can preview online, which is important to me because it helps me to meet the sustainability goals I set for myself and for my company. The Trip Lite is well made and compact in size, compared to competitor brands that I have previously used and or researched. I highly recommend that you use a Tripp Lite UPS surge protector for your sensitive electronic and computer devices. Its a game changer when you are protected during a power outage because it gives you plenty of time to shut down your devices properly, minimizes the risk of damage to your investments, and prevents lost data which may occur if your device loses power without having been shut down properly. Two thumbs up to Tripp Lite on the design of this product.

I would absolutely buy this product again...
I've been using Tripp-Lite UPS for my home computers for over ten years and have never had a problem with any of the units. I've just installed a new Tripp-Lite UPS on my desktop and looking forward to many years of carefree use.

My First Tripp-Lite
I bought this UPS to replace one that went completely dead( a different brand). It backs up a QNAP server and wireless router, primarily. Size is nice, not too big or heavy, quality is Tripp-Lite. I haven't load tested it yet, but calculations indicate there will be at least several minutes runtime available during a complete outage, and the server did detect the USB connection. Price was excellent, no complaints.
