This 5P G2 line-interactive lithium-ion UPS system is a set-it-and-forget-it solution for enterprise-class power protection and battery backup. Compared to lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion (LiFePO4) batteries have a longer service life (up to 10 years), weigh less and recharge faster. The 5P1000RT2UNG2-L typically requires fewer maintenance visits than a UPS with lead-acid batteries, saving you time and money.
Reliable Battery Backup with Enhanced Management
Exclusive ABM+ technology improves predictive battery replacement analytics to better pinpoint when battery replacement should take place. This prevents unexpected downtime caused by depleted batteries and avoids unnecessary expenses caused by premature replacement. When internal battery packs require replacement, they are hot-swappable and accessible from the front of the 5P1000RT2UNG2-L.
Add More Battery Modules for Extended Runtime
For longer runtime during power outages, you can daisy-chain as many as four optional 5PEBM36VRT-L lithium-ion extended battery modules (sold separately).
Pre-Installed Gigabit Network Interface Offers 24/7 Remote Access
The NETWORK-M3 cybersecure network management card enables full remote configuration and management, including load shedding, reboots of connected equipment and safe shutdowns. UPS firmware can also be flashed remotely through the NETWORK-M3 without dropping the load, so you don't have to plan for downtime. The card meets both UL 2900-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 standards for cybersecurity, which were developed to address the vulnerability of connected devices to known malware/exploits and to protect businesses from these risks.
NEMA 5-15R Outlets Protect Your Connected Components
Ten 5-15R outlets provide connected equipment with pure sine wave AC output and allow you to monitor power consumption down to the outlet group level. Six outlets are split into two load banks that let you shed non-critical loads to extend runtime for critical equipment. The banks can also be cycled remotely, reducing the need for inconvenient and costly on-site visits to reboot devices.
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Corrects Low- and High-Voltage Conditions
Pure sine wave output ensures reliable, stable power for sensitive electronics. AVR protects your equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts and overvoltages. The 5P1000RT2UNG2-L can correct brownouts as low as 89V and overvoltages as high as 151V back to nominal 120V power continuously, all while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.
