OUCH!
I have yet to try the bits as I can't get them out of the case without a leather glove. My first try resulted in blood injury, these bits are sharp! I figured I was doing something wrong as there were no instructions, but now I find out I was right, this case is the dumbest design possible. I'll have to find another case, this is stupid and not worthy of Dewalt.

Pilot point drill bit set not adequate
First week of purchase bought them with the Mac tool truck. Broke 2 bits, the impact shank broke off. 1/2in bit pilot point broke off. Disappointing all this with in two weeks. Talked to the Mac tool guy and said no warranty for bits. Money just wasted

The case will cut you
The bits themselves are good, but every other time I pull out a bit, I get cut. The bits are held too tightly and unless you're wearing thick gloves, you better use a tool to remove the bits. I don't know who dreamed up this case, but the word numbskull comes to mind. "I have an idea... how about we make these super sharp things hard to get out with your fingers?" Brilliant.

Quality Bits
I purchased these for some work around the home. I use them for several projects and they are sturdy easy to change and are made from quality material. I would recommend these to someone doing some small projects around the house or outside their property.

I tried to drill out 5 deck screws and completely burned out the 3/16 bit.
