Great features!!
We can expand the I/O connectivity options on laptop using dock. This allows to connect multiple devices including 4K displays, USB drives and more. I think that is best Thunderbolt docks for laptop.

TB4 Dock So far so good
I was able to deploy this new TB4 dock with no issues and it has been running fine for 3 weeks. Only 4 stars due to a lack of USB ports - 3 USB-A and 1 USB-C get used quickly. Time will tell if this new version has the USB issues of the previous TB2 docks, but so far so good.

Dock is ok but headphones keep cutting out
Dock is ok but headphones keep cutting out every thing else seem fine thus far but I have tried 3 different USB headphones and all 3 cut out or start making noise. Had to switch to the laptop for the headphones. A speaker attached to the dock does not have this issue and calls are fine on that device.

22TB4 is a solid performing dock from Dell
Another solid performing dock from Dell. No issues with a 7420 & 5290. The additional USB-C ports comes in handy. Not an issue with Dell but the 22TB4 stops charging a Surface Pro 7 when an external monitor is connected. Regardless if its HDMI or a DP cable, charging stops but the external monitor & all ports on the dock are functional. This charging issue is not present in the 19TBS dock.

Great features, many choice of ports and good connectivity speed
Good connectivity speed, I link with 2 monitors with my Precision notebook. I'm heavy users on zoom conf call, very good video streaming and clear sound quality

This is a great docking station for Dell machines, but if you use dual monitors with a Mac, you'll need to connect one screen directly to your computer since it will only mirror the display from the dock.

I have not had any issues with the dock to date. It has performed better than the D6000 and with little issues interacting with laptops. More USB and USB C ports would be nice.

very easy swap from my old TBT3 to TBT4.
like the additional Type C port to connect phone, dongle, speakers..
more and more accessories used type C port. so type connector qty is a big plus for TBT4!
