Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but............ Really good charger but the biggest complaint is the tip of the charger. For the education market the fact that the tip of the charger is easily damaged has been an issue. Whether its been used in charging carts or assigned out to students we often see the tips bend or the rubber\plastic around the tip break open to expose wiring below or they break the usb c port on the computer. A design change to incorporate some sort of 90 degree bend and beef up the surrounding rubber\plastic around the tip of the charger would go a long way to keep them from breaking down so fast.

I purchased a second 65 watt charger to charge my Dell Laptop Power Bank 65watt. I was expecting to get another charger the same slim size of the XPS 13 laptop, not this brick that does not fit neatly into the XPS 13 sleeve.

I like to arrange the cord to be more or less inconspicuous and out of the way when I'm home. But every time I travel with the laptop, this needs to be undone and then redone when I get home. With my new Dell spare power adapter, I can now just leave the spare cord in my travel bag. It works as expected, the order and delivery process was smooth, and the rewards from laptop purchase covered the bulk of the price. All around great deal!

Needed a second charging cable to carry with me so I wouldn't have to crawl under furniture to unplug the original charging cable each time I needed to take the laptop with me. Would have preferred an identical version of the charger that came with the Dell, but this works as well.

I guess the next time I get a laptop I will have to consider a different brand. The Dell website should have informed individuals that when they purchase this adapter is only comes in 45W.
