It seems to be getting worse (more sticking). Will have to call someone or find out how to solve this problem, but thats not something I wanted to do.

It makes little sense for the larger item to use smaller batteries, and makes using rechargeables less convenient.

The ability to sync both the keyboard and the mouse to multiple laptops/phones/tablets is great, but the USB sync to the mouse is not very good, so i had to rely on the bluetooth sync. I don't have 3 computers/phones/tablets to sync the mouse, so that isn't an issue, though it would be better if it worked seamlessly.

The keyboard is heavier and more robust but still made of the same mediocre quality plastic for the housing. I'd get this if it was on sale, otherwise there are better options out there for similar price points.

However, I found the keyboard/keys to be too hard which made it difficult to type comfortably; I think it's easier to type fast with keys that are softer in feel or even have a rubber feel.

They aren't rechargeable and use only consumable batteries (I suppose rechargeables could be used but that would be impractical in our environment where 20+ of these are deployed). So expect to go through a ton of batteries with these peripherals. It would have been more practical, I think, to include a built-in lithium ion battery with a charging port built into the device. Or even an option to use them wired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seamless Toggling Between Devices + Sleek Design and Great Features! This keyboard and mouse set have been game-changing for my home-office set-up. I contract through different companies/platforms, and have to use different applications and chat software---including apps that only work on mobile devices. The result is that I previously had two keyboards and mice on my desk---one set for my desktop, the other set for my tablet. Not only was it crowded, but it also was complicated to constantly shuffle and switch between them. Now, thanks to this Dell set, I only have one keyboard and mouse that I can use across all of my devices. I have used them both to toggle between desktop, tablet, and even my laptop---and it is always a smooth quick transition between devices. The Bluetooth connection was easy to establish on the devices, and my work flow as I juggle things now is much smoother. The keyboard has light flat keys that are very responsive, and do not strain my hands or wrists like heavier keys do---which is a major positive for me because I do a lot of fast-paced typing. There also are media keys along the top of the keyboard that easily control volume and play functions on videos etc... they are so easy to use that even my cats have sabotaged my video viewing a few times. They keyboard itself has a sleek profile, and is not heavy or space-consuming like keyboards of yesterday. The mouse at first felt a little large in my hand (small woman), but I quickly got used to it. It also can be used to quickly switch between devices. I discovered that the two side buttons can be used to go back and forward on web pages, which reduces mouse movement, and saves time. Both the keyboard and mouse are wireless, and are connected to my desktop via a single toggle. I found both easy to set-up, and I quickly adapted to using them. Overall, I am very pleased with this Dell multi-device keyboard and mouse set. They both have great features, sleek design, and their ability to switch between devices is extremely helpful.

There's also a slight dip in the chicklet keys so it's feels more natural as a keyboard. The mouse is perfect too with the extra side buttons. I have customized those side buttons and they work great. Perfect size and comfortable for long hours. The combination is perfect for my software job which requires me to code for hours. Wish they would make a Tenkeyless one as I don't really use the number pad but really like the arrow and home keys.

Connecting it to my computer was extremely easy (not sure it could get much easier, and I love that I can move them around, so I don’t have to sit in the same spot/position all day. The buttons on the side of the mouse can be used to go back/forwards, which is convenient. I feel like using this combination helps me work faster.

This keyboard takes little effort to type, I am in Customer Service so typing is 90% of my job. My hands no longer ache at the end of the day and it is so quiet you can barely hear it outside of my cubicle. A bonus is being able to switch between my Surface and desktop with just a touch of a button, up to 3 devices!

It gives my office a very clean and modern look. The keyboard keys have very good travel and make touch typing quick and accurate. I appreciate the crisp "click" when depressing the keys, rather than the mushy press from my previous wired keyboard. The mouse buttons are laid out ergonomically and my hand fits comfortably around the mouse. I like the programmable multifunction buttons on the left side of the mouse. I use them to execute macros for common Excel functions and with AutoHotkey while gaming. It would be nice if the keyboard buttons had an LED backlight, but it's not a dealbreaker. I guess the batteries will last longer without having to power a backlight. The included AA/AAA batteries are a nice touch! I like that I can connect the keyboard and mouse to my devices with Bluetooth for maximum compatibility and the quick device changer keys on keyboard and mouse make it super easy to switch between devices. I like to connect the keyboard and mouse to my son's tablet after work for easy Minecraft gaming. Overall, this is a great combo. I'm very happy with it!

Unfortunately, it is not quite the same build quality as the keyboard. It feels a bit cheap and plasticky. The click is a bit too noisy for me, adding to the cheap feel. While the mouse was disappointing, I still have to give an overall rating of 4-stars because of the keyboard. Note to Dell: This would be an amazing product if the mouse had a few improvements.

I work in finance so I also love the included 10-key. Can be used for professional computing and also gaming in a pinch owing to its programmable functionality. No noticeable lag from the wireless connectivity. Haven't had long enough to test the duration of the battery, but assuming that will also be a pleasant surprise.

Only complaint is the function keys have multiple function so F2 that I use a lot requires me to hit two keys “fn” and F2 to get it to edit a cell; otherwise it just lowers the sound volume. Kind of annoying for me. But I’m learning to deal with it.

However, sometimes it difficult to keep fingers in proper position on the keyboard without having to look at the keyboard. I was happy to get this to see what it is like and I am not disappointed! The keyboard is amazingly simple and easy to use as is the mouse and the setup for them takes absolutely no time at all to do and you will be happy you did so that you could use these items! The mouse and keyboard connected very easily to computer. truly a plug-and-play connection. The keys have a really good return when pressed lightly. It's not super quiet but it is a noticeable difference from the previous brand keyboard I used. If I could add one thing it would be to be lighted or glow in the dark keys. I like the fact that the calculator and other functions can be accessed from the keyboard. It has a very slim design and very comfortable to type on. I type about 60 or more wpm and have been pretty accurate as it relates to the reach of the strokes.

I especially like how the set is Bluetooth and can be connected with multiple computers. On my desk, I use both a work computer and a personal computer. I also wish that when you use the change computer connection it would change the keyboard and mouse with one button. In other words, when you go to change from one computer, such as Bluetooth to another computer, you have to do the mouse and the keyboard separately.

The keyboard is quiet and solid - it doesn't move around despite its slim size. Just noticed this morningh that there's a hot key to bring up a calculator - a nice touch so I don't have to have an icon in the taskbar for it. I like that the caps lock has a light on it to warn that it's on. Pleased with my purchase and happy with the quality.

I've only had it for a couple of months, so I can't speak for it's reliability, and i sure hope it's longer than its KM 714 combination mouse, 3 of which lasted no more than 7 months.

So far the battery life seems good, the only thing I'd like to see for this is to have them both be rechargeable. I will most likely use rechargeable batteries for both.

The sound is mostly quiet and the keys register precisely requiring a definite engagement, but not too much push. No issues with connection. The mouse I am not as charmed by. I feel that it occasionally gets laggy. Also, I could not find a way to use the side buttons to page forward or backward. The wheel does that with a lateral push, but I had gotten used to the buttons having that function on my Logitech. I feel that I must be overlooking an option on the setup of various mouse features, but I haven't solved it yet. Early days.

When using the USB receiver, it worked perfectly, however, when using it in Bluetooth mode, there was major lag when typing. The mouse is okay, I wish it was a bit bigger because I have big hands. Overall, I would recommend this keyboars/mouse combo.

They are well made and much heavier than the standard keyboard and mouse that came with my computer. It was very easy to connect both to my computer. The key travel is minimal, but there is a solid feel. Keyboard noise is minimal. My only complaint would the necessity of pressing the function key when I want to use the upper function keys.

I have been using my home setup with a desktop and 1 to laptops for a few years and have a switch to switch my monitora/keyboard/etc between the two. Unfortunately my issue is sometimes I use 2 computers at the same time and want to quickly switch my mouse or keyboard over to the other without having to switch everything. This keyboard and mosue combo is easy and quick to switch. The look and feel is great. I looked and multiple multi device solutions and I am 110% satisfied with this. If you use multiple computers at home or switch between computers at a moments notice, this is a no brainer!

They are flatter, click easier, and are more ergonomically friendly. Please make a more comfortable mouse for a left-handed person

Installation was quick and easy. There are some added key functions which I have found to be quite useful such as a calculator key and a function key that when pressed changes the screen to show all of the windows that are open so you can select which program to use.

Be advised that you must plug in the USB wireless module if you are adding the keyboard/mouse devices to a new computer. After W11 Is running you can then add both devices to your Bluetooth interface if disired. I didn't find that in the instructions (maybe I missed it) so I had to call support for help. Dell support was very helpful in resolving this issue.

The solution was not apparent to him either. After an hour of trial and error procedures, he was able to pair the two and the keyboard has performed perfectly since then! I researched the problem for half a day with no success.

Cleverly they've included only one USB key for the connection and obviously they want to teach me about accesories so sent me a USB key for which I do not have a socket on my new Dell Laptop so I get to use the cute little piece of plastic adapter to allow me to read the USB key so that I can use the lovely new keypad and mouse in my Laptop. Obviously the cost of another key to allow it to be used in modern laptops was an over the top expense so it was not included.

I gave it 4 stars because I chatted with Dell before purchasing because I wanted a keyboard that indicated when the cap locks were engaged - this one does but it does not stay lit the entire time it is engaged, the light indicator goes out shortly after it is engaged which is disappointing. It's annoying when you enter a password only to find out that your cap locks is on and you have to do it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a fan I'm not a fan of the keyboard and mouse - the mouse feels relatively cheap and plasticky even though it works fine (it IS high definition). The keyboard looks nice, and is quiet, but I'm not a fan of the flat keys. It's really easy for my hand to get repositioned and start making a lot of typing errors. Coming from a Logitech keyboard (K740), my typing error rate went way up when I use this keyboard. My previous keyboard has subtlely curved keys that make it easy to find and keep your position. I'm going to try another logitech keyboard, and switch back to the Microsoft Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse.

Good key action. It feels solid and high-quality. The mouse on the other hand is a big disappointment (**): Size and shape are decent, but it's very light-weight and feels plasticky and cheap. I'm using the keyboard, but I switched back to the mouse I used before. It seems an odd idea to bundle a high-quality keyboard with such a low-quality mouse.

Not your typical cheap plastic keyboard that erodes over time and gets sticky. The mouse is also very nice whether your hands are large or small. Great product. I liked it so much I bought another one for my vacation office.

If I were allowed to re-design the layout I would re-arrange some of the keys so as to avoid the empty space above the up/down/left/right arrow keys. Also, this would be a perfect keyboard if it were rechargeable. I highly recommend it.

Worked out of the box perfectly, even during setup (i.e. I did not need to have a wired keyboard/mouse for the setup process). Both keyboard + mouse take regular batteries to operate and I do not know if the battery life is efficient or not, as I just got them a week ago.

Crisp key engagement and easy multiple device switching with a press of a button. The mouse is also great. Very little drag noticed in movements. Battery life is killer as well.

Whenever I adjust the position of the keyboard, which for one reason or another I do frequently, they inevitably flip down. I think there must be a better way to have a keyboard slant. The ONLY reason this is not a 5-star review is the fact that part of the setup included the option to change the use of the buttons, which I did. However, I found out that I needed to reset the mouse buttons back to their default use. Unfortunately, it took A WHILE, including multiple on-line and help searches to find the software that I needed to use to reset the buttons. There were no instructions on what I was supposed to use and I should not have had to figure this out on my own.

Only hitch is that if you need to enter the BIOS on the computer to make config changes, you will need to hook up a wired keyboard to navigate the setup. There might be a way around that, but it's not a big issue to connect a keyboard for as often as you add RAM or make BIOS changes. The Dell Peripheral Manager works very well to assign mouse and keyboard function buttons. The mouse is one of the best I've used. Overall I'm very pleased with the design and function of this keyboard and mouse.

It took me considerable time to figure out where the needed dongle was hidden. Also, when I'm using Microsoft Word, it sometimes types MULTIPLE letters while typing. Still haven't figured that one out.

I can't figure out where to enter the code. Both keyboard and mouse are solid, quality pieces that I do recommend. Only cons are: I do wish the keyboard was backlit, and that the number lock and caps lock were lit all the time when they are on, but I knew that information prior to purchasing.

The ergonomics of the keyboard itself are fantastic, comfortable, and a well thought out keyboard layout. I have three laptops where I have to unplug from each, or buy peripherals for each. Eventually the USB port becomes destroyed, but now with this keyboard, I have just one set of keyboard and mouse that I can connect to my laptops.

The reviews in general were good, but the feel of the keyboard was questioned if I read some of them right. I find the keyboard to have an excellent feel and very responsive. I've used many, many keyboards over the years and it replaced a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard. Because of my keyboard drawer, I love the low profile of this keyboard. The mouse works on some surfaces that my more expensive Logitech "dark field" mouse (Performance MX) didn't handle well. Am super happy with this set and its value. I would certainly purchase again and would recommend it.

This model looked like an excellent keyboard and mouse. The shocker was that this new keyboard weights 3 to 4 times the cheap keyboard that I bought with my Dell XP 9590. The mouse is good and more comfortable than expected. When you get your new keyboard and mouse, remember you MUST download the Dell Peripheral Manager first before installing your new mouse and keyboard. Like all the options you can program for the two side buttons and the wheel positions on the mouse. Really flexible and really easy to set and "undo". Of course, you can program the 12 Function keys. Really nice. What I did not like....instruction booklet does not clearly say which way the battery goes into the mouse. Once in a while in MS Word, a letter near where your typing disappears but it comes back as you continue typing. The bump lines on the "F" and "J" key are low, could have been higher. Like the tactical feel of the roller on the mouse and the keys. So far this system is great and you really save money buying the two of them together.

The overall size of the keyboard is smaller than most others on the market with no wasted space on unnecessary design elements, yet it's still big enough that typing on it feels normal. The keys have a nice feel to them as well. The mouse works well enough and has two programmable keys on the side. It isn't unidirectional, so mouse lefties will struggle with it. After a week using it, I'm still figuring out how much pressure works best when clicking. Sometimes the clicks don't take, but I think that's more a docking station issue than a mouse issue. Connecting via Bluetooth, it doesn't happen as much. With a dongle and two Bluetooth connections, you can also connect this combo to multiple devices. It's a little more expensive than most of the competition, but for my purposes, very much worth it.

Can definitely tell when the a key is struck. The travel is further than on a laptop keyboard but does not require any extra effort. Spacing of the keys feels great to me. Build quality is solid feels great and honestly I don't think I would want anything else. The Good. The mouse does what I need it to do, scroll horizontally, so it makes work easy however I have found that the material and shape of the mouse could be improved upon. The material can be a little bit more slick compared to others if your hands are at all dry and I did not find the shape to be as comfortable in the hand as other units I have used. It is a very serviceable mouse and performance is solid and will work great for what I need but overall I think there could be some improvements made to make it a great mouse.

The laptop is dual boot running Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and Ubuntu 18.04, and the tower is running Windows 10 Home 21H2. Both Windows 10 platforms have the Dell Peripheral Manager app installed. Have not experienced any keyboard or mouse lag while using code development, business and scientific apps; haven't evaluated gaming since irrelevant on these two platforms.

I wish I could say the same about the mouse. It is a really good mouse. However, the clicking is noisy compared to the keyboard. A client could hear me mouse clicking on a zoom call. So. I use this keyboard and a mouse from another vendor, with this mouse set aside for emergencies.

The riser legs are a little subpar as if the keyboard is shifted/bumped slightly from either of the sides of the keyboard, one of the legs will disengaged. This is why I’m rating it with 4 stars

This seemed to fit the bill with a good full layout keyboard. The pros: - Works across 3 devices - Easy switch buttons (for the keyboard and mouse individually) - Sleek and modern design The cons: - It sometimes skips/temporarily loses connectivity (and has happened on more than one occasion) - There is a bit of a lag time when switching to bluetooth on phones (might not be the device issue but the phone issue?) - The device surface seems a bit 'squeakish'. A little bit of a rough edge would be nice. - The mouse isn't ambidextrous - The switch across devices is individual for keyboard and mouse (can be seen as a pro and a con) - The device switch is 2 bluetooth and one USB (I would've liked it to be all 3 bluetooth) Would I recommend this device? Yes. I still would because for all it's cons, it still serves the purpose and does so pretty decently. And although the skips are annoying, it doesn't happen very often.

While researching online, this option came up and was one of the few that made sense under a different brand name. I have been happy with my purchase as this is a great mouse and keyboard combination. I like the quiet keyboard and the feel/touch of the buttons. There is no lag or hesitation when using it, which I have encountered in some other cases.

My logitech combo kit was having issues and I decided to replace it with the Dell multi-Device warliess. It was a big improvement and looks much better. Very functional and updates are much easier as Dell handles those directly.

Overall I liked everything about this keyboard except that it wasn't backlit (probably to keep battery life acceptable). This keyboard has a very fine texture on the keys which set it apart from the others. I was able to type faster and had fewer mis-strokes and I attributed that to the texture on the keys. It's extremely subtle, but definitely not glassy smooth like the other keyboards I tested. I would have kept the KB900 if it had the same feel as the 700, as the 900 is backlit and uses a built-in rechargeable battery - two things I wish the KB700 had but the feel of the KB700 won me over despite missing these features.

Installation was straight forward. The action on the keyboard is fantastic - like a high end laptop with a full sized keyboard. It's perfectly tilted and flat to the desk in front so that it needs no wrist pad like old keyboards. The mouse is also very ergonomic and easy to hold. I bought these because they use only one USB port and reduce cable clutter, but I really enjoy using them. The only tiny negative is that the mouse uses a specialized battery. Make sure you have one on hand.

(E.g., Ctrl+F4 on my laptop and keyboard are not the same and cannot get to work!) And, I hate the feel of the mouse click. It feels hard to press. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome bound to happen sooner or later.

Only negative, in my opinion, is that I had to go crazy trying to learn how to make the Functions Keys F1 - F12 perform in their normal manner rather than having to depress the FN key and the Function key. Not sure why the default is the other function of the key and no clear explanation how to change. Hold FN and Escape to alter the use of the Function keys.

I was not aware that a keyboard like this existed. I am glad I found it. It works great, setup was fairly straight forward. Once setup was complete, it worked great. I love having less equipment on my desk, it is so much cleaner. The keyboard is a very nice quality and weight. The mouse ergonomics if nice and it's design is clean and comfortable.

The biggest issue I have had has to do with how, when using the bluetooth to connect the two to my laptop, the connectivity of my bluetooth headphones is disturbed and rendered it unusable.

The KB is now being shared with two computers, which is easily done by selecting the "dongle" for one and blue tooth for the other. The customization offered in the Dell peripheral manager app is greatly appreciated, in particular the ability to put the connected computer to "sleep" with a single keystroke. My only negative for the KB is that touch typing is a little more difficult than with my previous M-soft "natural' model, but things are getting better with practice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but needs a lot of improvements I use my keyboard for about 16 hours a day in 3 different computers and I have to say that is just what I was looking as a function, but my rate of 3 starts is mainly for 2 reasons that I use all the time and the keyboard is not providing me the necessary features. 1. I use F3 and F4 all the time and having to select "fn" to activate the functions is taking extra time and sometimes leads errors in my programming process. 2. The raise legs had a terrible design, the reason is, raiser open from right to left and when I move my keyboard to the left or right the raiser tend to close by itself and I have to constantly open the raisers back all the time, first time that I see the design like that. My previous keyboard "Logitech" that I use for 10 years I never had this issue and raisers open front to back and even moving the keyboard to the front or back never represents an issue for me. The keyboard and mouse combo is good giving the choice of connecting 3 devices but for sure need more improvements. Would be great having better raiser legs design, prioritizing or giving me the choice to select Functions Keys as a first option and 1 push key selection for both the Keyboard and mouse. Mouse is good but no great.

Wheel is also multi-functional which I think I'm going to like. skid pads on bottom of mouse are long, curved strips and less likely to be the first things to wear out like other manufacturers. The keyboard has a nice set of quiet, easy to press, full-size keys. For its slim size, it has a nice, strong weight to it, obviously more than just plastic. The skid pads on the bottom of the keyboard are of two kinds: a long strip that covers the full width of the bottom of the keyboard, which I like since again, it should be less easy to wear out quickly. The pads at the top of the keyboard (on the back) are three (approximately) 1-inch pads which are deeply embedded in depressions in the back cover. This concerns me a little since they will probably be the first things to wear out, given the amount of movement around a desk that will put pressure on the pads. But since there is ample room to place 3rd party pads along the (back) top edge, these pads are eons better that the plastic feet on the most popular brand of keyboard, feet that always snap off and are impossible to replace. using pads instead of feet to elevate the top of the keyboard still works well because the keyboard frame itself has a nice pitch to it with elevates the keyboard toward the user. The elevation seems to be a compromise between flat and about a 1 inch elevation, call it about 3/4 of an inch. Overall, I prefer this keyboard and mouse combination to the most popular brand. (Logitech).

The solution was to separate the keyboard/mouse dongle from the hard drive cable by plugging them in opposite sides of the computer so that their radiation don't cause them to interfere with each other. Otherwise, the keyboard and mouse are solid with a firm feel, unlike the cheapie ones that came with the new computer.

The mouse works very well also, but holding it, you get the impression that its build quality simply isn't on par with the keyboard, it feels too light and entirely too plasticky. A flatter mouse that allows for ambidextrous use would also be nice. That being said, both work great, initial USB setup is seamless and the bluetooth connections are also easy to set up and switching between devices is also a breeze. However, as a suggestion, it could be nice if switching on one device (say the keyboard) would make the other (the mouse) switch as well, rather than have to switch both one after the other.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for productivity and comfort!! I normally go with a higher end wireless logitech combo. But after repeated delayed messages over several months, I got tired of waiting for the global supply chain chaos of 2020/2021 to resolve and decided to give the Dell Premier keyboard mouse combo a try. To my surprise, I like the Dell combo much more than I expected. In fact, I actually love it. The keys are very quiet and responsive, with a solid punch and great spring back, so they facilitate quick and accurate typing. While some may not like the super thin profile, in conjunction with the key design , it reduces hand/wrist fatigue (even more so if you add the MX thin keyboard palm/wrist rest, which I did and love. And it was plug and play. I actually like the Dell combo so much that I bought a 2nd to replace the logitech K800/MK mouse combo I use at my work office. The Dell uses a much smaller profile, which frees up space on my desk for other stuff. I do miss the hyperscrolling feature of the MK mouse, but I have the logitech dongle, so can use the MK with the Dell keyboard. However, the Dell mouse fits the hand nicely, and has better productivity options via bluetooth connection to multiple devices. The Dell combo looks minimalistic, but sleek (it is still a full keyboard, though). Overall it's nice looking, comfortable, and efficient. The only other thing I kind of miss is the illuminated keys. But not having the extra battery drain is a fair trade off, since the Dell doesn't have usb charging. I do use the Panasonic enloop batteries, but don't know how long they'll last with all day typing. I've used the Dell keyboard/mouse for ~ 35 hours and the enloops are still going strong. The only other thing I'd like to mention is that the Dell keyboard/mouse is great for report writing/office productivity. However, I doubt it would be a fantastic gaming keyboard for traditional use. I suppose enlargement could be made that the Dell combo could be highly beneficial if you need to do a lot of monitor/device switching for live streaming or multi-tasking. However, I only use wired peripherals for gaming, so don't really know for sure. I just wanted to mention it in case anyone wanted to know..

It works great with the all my computers, including Ipad. The only thing that I don't like is that the Caps Lock indicator does not stay on. Also, both the mouse and keyboard just stop working for a a minute randomly throughout the day. It is extremely difficult to use when it stops working hundreds of time throughout the day. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Buying Really like this keyboard, it has a nice titan grey finish that looks nice. Has a nice heft to it, so it’s by no means light. Key strokes are not loud and tactile feeling of the keyboard is good. Function keys at the top are cool, I can control volume, mute, home page, etc at the press of the button. The only thing that I needed to get used to is hitting the “Fn” key at bottom left of keyboard and the Function keys like F2 when working on excel spreadsheets. As for the mouse, it’s responsive and I noticed there’s good control. You can dial down or up the speed based on your preference. Mouse feels good in my hand, no complaints. Overall It’s a good keyboard/mouse combo to get, and I recommend splurging extra money on a keyboard that looks good and works great. Don’t get the cheap Dell keyboards, they are junk and those will break down after a few years.

The device indicators on the keyboard should be larger and provide better indication. I use this combo with three PC of different manufacture. And connectivity is spotty occasionally or Bluetooth can't find a device. The connect does drop and requires re-connection occasionally as well. The issues are not all bad and not all good, hence the 3.

There is only one minor irritation I have with the keyboard. I use the function keys a lot and it is irritating pressing the F-key without remembering to also hold down the 'FN' key at the same time. Is there a way or an option to reverse the duel options of the functions keys. For example I would prefer to hold down 'FN' key+F2 for sound volume, and just hit F2 for editing.

Let me be clear - my work was willing to buy another wireless keyboard/mouse combo, just not this one, but because I liked this one so much, I paid out of my own pocket for another one to use at work. Only thing could improve is backlit keyboard, but since it on battery i understand it could be an issue. So far the keyboard i am extremely happy with. The mouse is ugggglllyy lol

I don’t believe it his problem is my machine as it is a brand new Alienware laptop. It also isn’t the surface because I have tried various working surfaces including a mouse pad. If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy Customer This combo is great. The keys feel great to type on; the mouse provides great response times. It was super easy to pair. I'm actually using the USB receiver, and I haven't connected any devices via Bluetooth. I do have the receiver plugged into the back of a new Dell 4k USB-C monitor (S2722QC), and the combo pairs quickly to my laptop each time I plug my laptop into the USB-C cable on the monitor. This is a great feature!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything premium for less! This is perfect for those who enjoy laptop (chiclet) keys. The keyboard and mouse switch seamlessly between my desktop (using usb attachment) and my mac (using Bluetooth). The keys and mouse buttons are completely customizable using the dell peripherals app and the extra mouse buttons are a great plus. The keyboard feels very premium and durable with aluminum case giving it a sharp look too. The mouse, however does not fit very ergonomically (it may be due to my large hands). The only thing missing from this product are back-lit keys; a feature I would need to pay an extra 100$ to get from another brand. I'm ultimately very happy with my decision to purchase this since even though there are a few things I wish were different, no other brand provides a keyboard mouse combo that is as aesthetically pleasing and practical within my budget.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing purchase and waste of money Very disappointed. The mouse and keyboard cannot keep up. I thought it was the brand new PC at first or Windows 11. Replaced both with original wired keyboard and mouse and no issues. What a waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mouse non-responsive at times The mouse continuously indicates low battery. The battery has been changed in both the keyboard and mouse several times. It is sluggish and non responsive.
