Excellent battery life, vulnerable battery to laptop connection
This is a very good battery. It holds it's charge well. My original purchase still serves me well in providing a good charge to my devices after two plus years. The connection to the laptop, however, is a weak point. The wire is not as well protected at the point of connection to the battery. It is vulnerable to exposure as it is flexed back and forth and eventually failed, causing sparking. It was still worth it to me to purchase a new one which seems to have the same vulnerability. I am protecting against the problem by limiting the flexing with a rubber band around the body of the battery.

Does NOT come with a power cord
Rating is on my buying experience only. I couldn't use the power bank because my Precision 5530 2-in-1 laptop wouldn't connect to it. I would have had to buy 3 more cables, doubling the cost, to make it work with my laptop's type C connections. I can't speak to quality or performance at all unfortunately. Had to return it after days of conversations.

Dissapointed (Hoping for a solution.)
We bought an Dell Inspiron 7591 last year, then we also decided to purchase this Dell Power Bank, we were shock because it's not working on this Dell Inspiron 7591, but before we purchase this power bank, we saw that 7591 is on the list of compatibility, after checking it now, the unit model is gone, then just to make sure that the power bank we purhcased is OK, we tried it in our Dell XPS 15 9560, and it works like a charm. We also called our local dell tech support, and i got the same result. Hoping for a work around or maybe an updates regarding this matter. Thanks
