Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointing laptop, especially for the price I purchased this laptop as a work laptop. I deal with email, spreadsheets and web applications and, based on the specs and the hardware, this laptop has more then enough guts to handle anything that I am going to throw at it. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and I am very disappointed in most aspects of it.I'll start with the good. The size is great. It fits easily in my bag and weighs less than my last laptop. It has a big enough screen to work easily on but I really like the 14" size for portability. The cover is slightly ruberized and feels good, the backlit keyboard is easily visible and the laptop is pretty slick looking overall. Now for the bad... The "L" key sticks, right out of the box, as do a few of the keys around it. The rest of the keyboard is nice to type on, but the "L" sticking really just kills the whole thing. The fingerprint reader only works sometimes, and when it does work it takes 2-3 seconds for it to read. With Chrome, Outlook, Slack and an Excel spreadsheet open, I find the computer hanging. There's more than enough power in this (16GB RAM, i7 8th gen Intel processor, etc) for the few apps that I have open. I've uninstalled the Dell bloatware in hopes of finding that something there was causing it to hang but so far haven't had any luck.I had very high hopes for this machine and have been very disappointed.
