Sound Quality can be better
CA SP-2000 - Speakerphone hands-free is easy to connect and pair with my phone. I like the features for it like mute button, volume , etc. The only the thing I did not care for is the sound Quality. It feels a little hazy when we hear the other person on the speaker.

Perfect for home and the office
The CA Essential Speakerphone SP-2000 is my new must have device for both in the office and at home. After a couple of weeks, I purchased another for the office because I loved it so much. First off, this speakerphone is easy to connect an allows for wireless use of connect to your laptop. The 360 noise-cancelling microphone is great for phone conferences at work or speaker phone while at home. The reduced ambient noise technology makes it so everyone in the room is picked up with crystal clear sound. I love that the speakerphone is lightweight, portable, and convenient. The rechargeable battery provides a minimum of 12 hours of talk time which is essential for lengthy work meetings without worrying about connectivity or loss of battery. This devise is easy to use and comes with everything you need for immediate set-up.

Small but Mighty!
This speakerphone has been a game changer for me. I work from home, and take several consultation calls every day via a digital phone service. This speakerphone allows me to ditch the headset----which means more range of motion, and not having to wear something heavy and bulky on my head all day. I initially had concerns on whether clients would be able to hear background noises, or be able to tell they were on a speakerphone----and to my delight, neither has been an issue. Not once has a client commented/ noticed that they are on a speaker (so they are not hearing their own voice in odd ways). The mic is noise-cancelling, yet very clear. My voice is picked-up clearly, yet the sounds of my noisy heater, pets etc... have not been heard by clients. The other day, I apologized for the sound of an extremely loud saw happening right outside my window, but the client told me they could not hear it.
I have been able to use this speakerphone on both my desktop and laptop, and on my phone via bluetooth connection. The sound quality of the speaker is better than the speakers on my laptop and phone, so I also have used it to play music, and stream content. The speaker is very clear, and can be turned-up to a pretty loud volume (beyond what my laptop and phone can do), so I also have been able to easily hear clients... even those calling from noisy environments.
It is very easy to set-up (usb for computers, bluetooth for phone), and the button functions are easy to operate. I like that it provides a mute function for those moments where I need to do a quick sneeze or cough. When using it via bluetooth, the battery has lasted many hours.
Overall, I am very happy. This device may be small, but it has great, clear sound output, and clear micophone capabilities. It has really helped provide easier communication options.

Cyber Acoustics Speaker
This Cyber Acoustics Speaker makes multitasking at work or home much easier. You no longer have to balance or hold your phone to talk. This speaker makes the calls much clearer. Setup was easy between the phone and laptop. I like that it doesn't have many buttons, so it's not complicated to use. It's also small so you can basically put it anywhere and that makes it portable. You get about 12 hours of use on a single charge.

I am on the phone a lot working from home and this has proved to be very useful. I have to multi task a lot with my job and be able to have calls on speaker while I’m typing up paperwork or other tasks around my office is very convenient. The set up was fairly easy and the sound is surprisingly good. I like how simple it is and I’m very happy with it this far.

Works well and has crisp sound. It's easy to set up and easy to use as well. Has only a few buttons so that even those that don't use electronics often can figure it out.

Easy access ability
I got this to use as a speakerphone for my music at work and I do not regret getting this to past time at my job while we are rocking through tickets like it's nothing and we've been there forever working

Great product!
This speaker phone is extremely easy to use and connect! It connected automatically to my phone's bluetooth and the sound is loud and crystal clear. Highly recommend! Very user friendly and would be great for a home office.

Love it.
This was great for working from home. I spend a lot of time during my day on the phone. This allows for a hands free experience. It was easy to set up. It allowed me the convenience of talking while typing. It also had a clear sound for both myself and the other person, where sound issues were a problem with ear buds. Love it.

Good Speakerphone
I received the Cyber Acoustics Essential Speakerphone SP-2000 to try. I found this speakerphone to be truly essential to remote working. I was able to connect both my laptop and smartphone to this speaker. It was easy to use and produced good quality sound (I'd say high-quality sound for meetings, decent quality for music). The microphone was fantastic as it's 360 degrees & noise-cancelling. Bluetooth does not autoconnect so having to repair a device is a tad annoying.

This Cyber Acoustics hands free speaker phone sounds great. I like that the sounds is very sharp and clear. This was an easy set up with Bluetooth. The speaker itself is built really well and feels very durable. Buttons are big and the function labels are easy to see. Definitely a great product.

A home office must have!
I am in love. I am a social worker who works either at home or in the community. Most meetings are held over the computer. Unfortunately my company laptop has horrible sound, but this speaker makes it so much easier to hear. It easily connects to my computer and then will also connect with bluetooth to my phone. It makes multi-tasking simple. You are able to mute the speaker and control volume from there.

Speaker Phone Calls More Enjoyable!
Since most of all my phone calls are spent on speaker, this device makes the experience more enjoyable.
I'm able to multitask and wander around my home without having to carry my phone everywhere with me. As it picked up my voice in a 3 meter range and I could hear the other person on the line with clarity. I appreciate that it has Bluetooth connectivity, which was easy to pair and connect my android device.

Sound is Wonderful
I am so happy to have my new speakerphone!! I work from home and have several meetings a week. This speakerphone is absolutely perfect and I can say goodbye to my annoying headset. Some of our meetings are spur of the moment, so they will call randomly to advise to join. With my headset, I missed those calls quite often unless I wore that headset all day. The calls now ring through the speakerphone and I will never miss another call. Setup was a breeze and the sound quality coming in, as well as going put, is flawless. I would give 10 stars if I could.

great speaker for my work calls and use it in the golf cart for music -
this speaker has a great volume for hall small it is. doesnt have a lot of base but still sounds good when I play music through it. The speaker/mic are excellent

Great office addition!
Life is crazy especially working from home. While answering chats and taking calls this speakerphone is a game changer! It’s so much easier to use instead of trying to hold a phone with a shoulder while typing, now I can click one button and type away with ease! This speakerphone is so easy to set up! It’s sleek and small so it’s easy to place it where I need it and move it if I need to go to another location! It’s small and compact so it’s easy to store during travel or use on the go! Set up was a breeze and I don’t know if I’ll ever need to use my shoulder and ear to balance a phone ever again! The sound is clear and zero echo sounds or interference answering or making calls. Definitely a must have in any office!

I got this speaker phone so i didnt have to carry my phone around all the time when on a call. It has great range. Clear sound. Bluetooth connection. Volume control. Everything you need in a speaker phone but compact and portable.
