This CDW Special Operations service covers insertion of a document into a single OEM hardware box or CDW Special Ops Kit. It includes CDW printing a document from a file provided by the customer. All documents are stored on a secure CDW server. The quantity required for CDW part 2207836 is calculated based on (4) color pages or eight (8) black and white pages.
SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Store the customer provided file on a secure CDW server
• Print the document and insert into a single OEM hardware box or CDW Kitting Box
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Provide CDW with the file to be printed
• Specify if pages are to be printed in color or using black ink
ASSUMPTIONS
• Seller’s Account Manager will create install configuration and include service part number(s)
• Seller’s Account Manager will enter any additional instructions in to the Installation Notes on the order
• The document insert will fit in the OEM hardware box or CDW Kitting Box
OUT OF SCOPE
• Printing and inserting more than (4) color pages or eight (8) black and white pages per CDW part 2207836
• CDW Special Ops Kit (available as a separate service)
• Performing any Services not specified herein
SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Any changes to this SOE shall require a Change Order executed by both parties
CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms and Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein.
