The mfg lists the mac capacity as 12 Gigs of RAM but Crucial lists it at 16 Gigs and insists on its site that Crucial memory can go to 16 Gigs on this model. Due to this inaccuracy I bough the wrong RAM and it caused a great deal of grief opening and closing my All-In-One computer. Crucial would not send me a 4 Gig RAM top replace the wrong RAM

Visited the web site, ran the analysis software which said I could upgrade to 16GB with 2 8GB modules. Turns out the existing 4GB is soldered in & can't be removed, which should have been apparent based on the model number of the computer. Added one 8GB module getting up to12 total in the machine. Got good results but have to return the unusable module. Not a bad problem but something of a hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works as advertised! Wife bought a cheap Lenovo during COVID for remote school. It sucked. Old style HD, 4gb ram, and newer Windows don't play well. S L O W.... Install another 8gb ram and an SSD and it runs great now. Happy happy.
