Install up to two PVDM's to support enhanced versions of digital signal processors (DSPs).
The Cisco 1760 router has two PVDM slots. Any of the PVDM's can occupy either slot. The total number of DSP's provided by one or two PVDM's installed in those slots must be greater than or equal to the number of DSP's required to the number and type of VIC's installed.
