Short staffed
My company does not have many engineers so we needed something that was easy to deploy, easy to configure, and could give us great info easy. I have been so glad we started replacing old switches with these switches -- best move we ever made. I can config multiple ports at once, take captures, see where users are going - all with a few clicks.

Solid product and a good end of year price point
Got these units with a 5yr license at a very good price considering.
I am slowly replacing all my Cisco ROBO switches which are aging quickly with these units for eiser non-specialized managemenet abilities from the cloud.
I have been very happy with my MX64 in use for the last 3 years at 17 physical locations.
