After configuring the AP and placing it in a centralized location in the building, I've not had any problems with it. Like all Cisco products, it's proven to be reliable and of high quality. I got the model that does not require the WLAN controller.

Rated 5 out of 5 byAlex29886 from nullWe've had a bunch (at least 60-70) of these for some time, and they work well with our WLC. They're generally pretty solid, and I like their easy of installation. Some of the older ones (5yrs+) have started to go bad though, which is a bummer. We've been slowly upgrading them to 3602's which seem to be a little more robust.
