The Ciena 3922 Network Edge Platform Switch is purpose-built for small capacity 1/10 Gb/s service delivery in a variety of business environments. It has a cost-effective 24 Gb/s switching fabric capacity, supporting two 1/10 GbE and two 100M/1GbE fiber ports and two 10M/100M/1GbE copper ports. Based on SAOS, it ensures interoperability between platforms, efficiency of operations and service consistency among applications. The fanless design eliminates noise, allowing the switch to operate even in the closest of quarters.
