Eligible Products:
HP iLO/LO Advanced or Select Remote Management License Pack Upgrades purchased as an option for your HP servers orders prior to shipment.

Service Scope:
1)    The installation of a single HP iLO/LO Advanced or Select Remote Management License Pack Upgrades onto single HP server.
2)    The server required for install will be unboxed.
3)    The server will be powered on and checked for errors at POST.
4)    The confirmation of the functional operation of iLO/LO Remote Management through the iLO/LO utility and network connectivity.
5)    If a defective system is discovered, it will be replaced from CDW’s inventory.
6)    The registry of the HP iLO/LO Advanced or Select Remote Management License Pack on customer’s behalf via HP website.
7)    The activation of the HP iLO/LO Advanced or Select Remote Management License Pack using customer’s specific License Pack license key.
8)    The HP iLO/LO Advanced or Select Remote Management License Pack certificate and information sheet will be shipped to the customer with the server.
9)    All configured orders undergo quality control steps to verify completion of customer instructions.
10)    The successfully configured HP server will be re-boxed for shipment.
