I can take my DSLR and up to 3 lenses with this bag on multi-week rides crossing the country capturing Americana in a small secure (sling/padding) compact case that takes up less than 1/2 of one of my saddle bags. Since I have to pack light I did have to settle on what I could carry on this bag which is a full frame Nikon DSLR with a Nikkor 28-300mm & 17:35mm lens & occasionally a small prime lens. The bag fits my accessories such as spare battery, lens brush, cloth, charger. For me & my specific needs, this bag is perfect.

I like the fact that there is room for my telephoto lens as well as plenty of room for memory cards, battery charger, usb cable, etc. My ONLY complaint is that with the strap on my camera, it makes it difficult to take the camera in and out of the hammock. I took the strap off and now it's much easier, but I miss my strap. I wish the strap would have been taken into consierdation when this was designed, it would then be PERFECT.

It is very well made and it holds my 35mm prime lens plus my 18-300 mm zoom lens. The master bag is to much to haul on trips. This bag is just right for your trips.

Quick access with zipper only and no clips! Solid base - bag does not tip over when setting down, yet realtively compact and lightweight.

Although, the side lens pockets are a little snug if you store a lens hood on the lens itself I suppose it's better than having the lens rattle around. I am extremely satisfied and will probably get the large case as I buy additional lenses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by J from Extremely disappointed I watched videos promoting this bag and it seemed to be just what I was looking for. However, I was extremely disappointed when I used it. This bag and the telephoto bag are far too short to suspend my camera safely. There is no room for the neck strap. The side pockets aren't big enough to hold extra lens. Whatever goes in the side pockets bulges into the main compartment and presses on the camera. I do like the idea of the hammock suspension. The waterproof bottom is also good - but it doesn't really matter how good that is if your camera and gear are being squeezed so badly that you have to pry them out of the bag..

I could use a couple more pockets than this case has, but I don't know where they would put them and still maintain the compact size. Its padded, appears to be capable of receiving and relishing in rough treatment. It's soft, has no sharp corners to damage other bags or equipment and I think it was a good buy.

I own a Sony a65 (great camera), and I'm not trying to knock the Sony bag, I bought with it. . . but the Case Logic bag is so much better. Water-proof bottom, zippered storage for extra lens, SD cards, and my money. The Hammock Suspension System, cradles your camera, with the lens attached; like a baby. If you buy any camera bag, make sure it is the Case-Logic, simply the BEST!

This bag is great it holds the camera and lens has a sling to suppot the lens and body lots of storage tele lens charger cords extra cards if needed spare battery and the bottom is great if you should set in a wet area i would rec this to anyone who values there camera and the price was right also compared to a name case.

It is so much easier to switch between a lens with them. The hard bottom prevents it from falling over when its sitting on the ground. I wish there were a few more pockets to stick a phone in but I'm not sure where you could really put it. Overall, its a really good camera bag.
