Captaris Next Day Advanced Replacement - extended service agreement (renewal) - 3 years - shipment

The Captaris Advanced Replacement Plan provides customers with a way of maintaining system availability by quickly replacing a faulty fax board. In the event of a board failure, Captaris will send a replacement board to the customer via overnight courier with the customer returning the failed board to Captaris within 10 days. In most cases, the replacement board will arrive the next business day.
