Canon amateurs
Canon convinced me to purchase upgrade replacement printer. I purchased TS3720 and it was delivered. Problem is, Canon cannot guide me to WIFI installation!
Canon Tech over phone directed several attempts. He then said " The problem is my ISP needs to activate 2.4GiG frequency.
I have been building PCs and servicing them for YEARS!!!
I also have an IT Degree!
My education informs me that my ROUTER transmits and receives 2.4 and 5 GHZ frequencies and NOT the ISP!!! The WIFI frequencies are originated by the ROUTER, NOT the ISP!!!
I am stuck with a BRAND NEW printer that Canon cannot assist me in connecting WIFI....as THEY advertised!!

I just got this printer and already hate it
You automatically want me to print using an app on my phone. I am just trying to set up the print, not print with my phone. No manual in the box which would make lives easier. I switch to my laptop to try and print. Nope I have to download from their app store instead of just connecting to the printer. It won't let me set up with WiFi without giving access to my location. You make this so difficult, considering this is a discontinued printer which Amazon didn't mention.

Don't buy this.
This is the worst thing I have ever bought. Amazon said I could have it gave me a refund. I am still trying to set it up! I have spent 4 days trying to get this thing to work. I got the phone to print but not the computer it says I'm offline, but on my phone it says I'm online! I can't get customer service because I don't have a password, well you get a blocked 403 error message when you try to get on the IDCanon website. I have never had this much trouble getting any printer setup and no help! How do they sell these things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PIXMA TS3720 Wireless Home All-in-One Printer
The easiest printer set-up I've ever done! It quickly found my wi-fi. The ink is really easy - no more moving the heads, snapping in multiple ink cartridges one by one. Top loading paper is so convenient. I don't have to fill multiple paper cassettes. It's not a speedy production printer, but I don't do a lot of printing now that I am retired. It reliably does what I need it to do at a Great price!

this printer is so hard to work and i tried to connect it it said connection want right and my computer was right next toit and to get the ink in there...its not fun 1 out of 5 stars.

Worse printer ever
Weird printer I have the app and everything but once your printer is offline u can’t connect again we don’t have the option on the app to reconnect and choose the internet router we want it just connect to the printer Wi-Fi and don’t give u the option to connect to a different Wi-Fi router I keep buying the printers just to connect and do fast prints but they don’t work long enough before the internet disconnects so i quit I’m going to staples or another company not wasting another dollar in cannon when they too complicated

Good Price on a Easy to use Printer!
The setup of the printer itself was really fast, whether on PC or Mobile. I was impressed with that part because in past experiences I've had issues with some apps not connecting with the intended printer. This, however, was a lightning-fast set-up.
For my phone, I downloaded the "Canon Print" app from the Google Play Store and it was set up in minutes for using the compact printer. The options are easy to use, no second guessing or issues with the app's reliability thus far. I do love the accessibility and ease of using the Canon Print app on my phone, it's great.
The printer is lightweight and easy to place anywhere in the house. The controls are straightforward, no technical issues with that at all. The scanner is fast, and the quality of the images is what I expected. Happy with the ease of use.
I've printed some black and white forms needed for insurance and they were legible, no smearing, no issues with unclean prints. I would say the general printing quality is just above average. As for photographs, I feel it's just above average in quality as well. We've printed a few photos on regular paper (non-glossy) to get a feel for its color and quality and it's pretty good! I'd imagine on glossy it would be even better.
Everyone in our household approves of this printer.

RETURN CREDIT
It was easy to order and be immediately charged for the purchase on August 26th. It took several weeks to receive the refund (received today, September 15th), even though we canceled the purchase less than one hour after ordering it and the warehouse had it in their possession no later than September 2nd, according to the sales representative. The excuse... the returns warehouse was very backlogged. In the olden days, we called it "float" (meaning use the income for a few extra days so as to earn some interest on it before refunding)... is that Canon's policy?

Won't accept new ink.
It stinks it will not recognize new ink cartridges. I bought several hundreds of dollars of new ink. From Canon. It is original ink. Will not recognize it. I put in the starter cartridge.it recognizes that one. I did all the trouble shooting. Still won't accept new cartridges, so I bought a new one, same printer. Same exact problem at at the end of my rope.

Okay low budget printer
Not totally thrilled with this printer. The price is great. Paper loading in cassette is not easy. I like the idea of one color cartridge and one black. It is not easy loading the cartridges in place. Syncing was not that easy and instruction are vague while trying to sync with i phone and i pad.
