Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rip off The price is way to high. One year ago these refills were about $ 5.00. When price increased 6 fold, went to secondary market. Then appears you applied updates which prevent secondary market refills from working. Am I missing something

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice ink just expensive and short lived. Been a Cannon Printer fan for a long time. Just not happy with how quickly the ink runs out on casual use. I might print once or twice a week. The price is unjustified. The quality is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad purchase The ink cartridge does not work in my printer, I won’t be purchasing ink from you again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink Cartridges These ink cartridges always work just great, however just after receiving these cartridges my printer quit. I had to buy a new printer and as always it is a Canon, I would really appreciate being able to exchange these for the correct ones for my new printer. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not happy. Your website is abysmal. I've order Cyan 3 times and placed the order. I have never gotten it. I prefer to buy locally although ordering from you would be much more convenience since I'm 60 miles from a Best Buy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well. Too expensive. Performs well. Too expensive. Canon (and others need to make refillable cartridges. And package the ink accordingly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer inks with a question. Always buy my printer inks from Cannon. Notice though that SAM’s Club sometimes has a complete package of inks that includes the PGI-250 tank which I have to purchase separately from Cannon. Why doesn’t Cannon sell the complete ink set on their site?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Canon - quality and service, both exceptional, always. Canon shipping has always been speedy and accurate, whether ink, paper or cameras and accessories. It is one thing to make a good product, quite another to be prompt in getting it to the customer. Thanks to Canon for doing both.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The ease of ordering from Canon! I'm so pleased with the ease of ordering cartridges for my printer through my computer. When one of the ink cartridge colors is running low, I am notified during the printing process. I have the option of ignoring the alert or ordering the cartridge from my print screen. It takes me to the Canon website where I have a choice of ordering a regular or XL cartridge. I have an account with Canon, so I put it in my cart and order it. It's delivered within a week. So simple!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Short lifetime of ink tanks. It just seems to me that the ink tanks are running out sooner than they used too. I don’t even use my printer that much. The last time I used it was to print our IRS copies and now two other ink tanks are low. Thinking seriously of looking for other types and brands of printers. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thoughts Canon ink is always wonderful. I've been using this actual ink....since it was $15....now $25. You make wonderful products so we really shouldn't complain, but when you are a 'senior' it comes with the territory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought some ink just like I usually do when I need ink Canon ink is made for Canon printers. I have two canon printers and must periodically purchase ink for them. I buy this ink from Canon, who like everyone else in the printer business feel that ink is the most valuable and expense liquid on the face of the earth. However, I like their printers and must use their ink so I buy it from them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Bit Disappointed It's just confusing to me that I could get the exact same thing from Staples in three days, and it has taken almost three weeks to get it from you folks. I understand it's likely a supply chain issue in these COVID days, but it was actually quite disappointing since I typically wait to order until I need it.
