Rated 5 out of 5 by KL8102 from Very disappointed I have been using this scanner for about 9 months now and I scan around 10-15K pages a month. Several times during a scan the rollers will not feed a page through and I have to restart the scan, usually pushing the page into the machine. Other times it will take half the page and then just stop. I then have to open the machine, remove the paper, reload and restart the scan. Pages also get stuck/held up when trying to feed through. I will pull the page out and it is bent and/or slightly ripped at the bottom because it has been held up on an obstacle inside the machine. I still have not figured out what that is. And if I try to force it through when it is hung up it will take several pages with it (3-8) at once so not all of my pages get scanned; I learned that the hard way. Would not buy another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Keebler from Good scanner, not the best Wish it would have come with a minimal TWAIN driver. It's typical install includes scanning and OCR software that adds some steps to the software for which it was purchased.
