Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic high-volume laser printer. I purchased the first-generation imageclass MF753cdw when my high-volume HP inkjet died on me. Interestingly, I paid less for this machine than I did for the HP. This machine really meets the test. The very few times we have experienced a paper jam, the printer immediately locates the paper and shows us how to remove it. The color is absolutely gorgeous, and you never have to wait for the page to dry. A few days after I purchased this machine, I went back online to buy the optional large paper tray. If you print I volumes, it is definitely worth the price. As a side note, when I went back to get the larger tray, I noticed the machine was out of stock, and it stayed that way for months. I thought I had bought a discontinued model, but the fact of the matter, as explained to me by a Canon customer service person, was that they sold out very fast. I'm glad to see that now there is a second generation of the machine. My only COMPLAINT about my machine has to do with the touchscreen. It is not very sensitive, even when using a rubber stylus. Additionally, the fonts on the screen are small, and it is easy to select the wrong option. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this machine for a small office, workgroup or home use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent laser printer for the price Key dislikes so far having replaced an HP Officejet with this printer. I use in a home office so not a high volume users. The paper tray only holds 250 sheets versus a full ream at 500 sheets and without a visual window on the tray, there is no indicator when the paper is low. There is an optional 500 sheet tray but at $250 seems expensive—I would pay $75 but guessing they are looking to get that money business. customers. I wish the scanner bed fit a legal size paper but the work around is to use the document feeder. Airprint works great. Colors and print of black and white looks good. I have not tried photo paper, but photos in business documents are good but if you do a lot of photograph printing and need high res and super color accuracy I would not use this printer. One of the reasons I choose the canon laser was the availability of third party toner over the HP—who has locked down what toner you can use. When I see a set of toner cartridges costing as much as the printer from the brand I just can not afford that cost. With Canon you can get a full set of generic high capacity for under $100 which is great. Three year warranty is nice as well. I do feel the layout of the options and apps on touch screen could be better. Startup from sleep mode is about 15 seconds. I do like that it is quieter than the HP officejet was and takes up less space. I use the wired network connection and gave it a static IP and name via the menus with ease.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement I received this Canon printer for free in exchange for agreeing to write a review on it. So far, my experience is mixed. The setup wasn't that easy. The printer doesn't come with a manual- you need to go online to do a step by step setup, which wasn't that straighforward and only connected successfully to one of my laptops and to a smartphone. My other laptop is giving me error messages when I try to print. The scanning feature isn't that user friendly either. The black and white setting is not dark enough and the color setting did not allow me to scan into a multi page document. I consider myself tech savvy enough to set up new devices and have not had issues like this with any electronics in the past, but perhaps this is still user error? The print quality is sharp and professional-looking for both text documents and basic images. Print speed was faster than I expected for a home printer and easily met my needs for both personal use and small home office tasks. Pages fed consistently, and I didn’t experience any paper jams during testing. I'm sure once everything is figured out and working properly, I will be very happy with this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Printer! I was sent a free Canon printer in exchange for agreeing to write a review. The printer I am reviewing is the Canon MF753Cdw II printer. Overall the printer was very easy to set up. The most challenging part of the set up was getting it out of the box since it was a bit heavy for me. Once the printer was in place, the actual set-up was quick and easy. Understanding the touchpad was easy and finding my network was as quick as 1-2-3. I would say the most challenging part was the scanning feature. The instructions were a little unclear but once I googled how to scan, I didn’t have any problems. I scanned many documents and all of them scanned well and I was impressed with the speed of the scanning process. Also, the print speed and quality are top-notch. I was very impressed. I have been using the printer for my home use. The duplex printing also worked well. I enjoyed using the duplex feature since it does save me paper especially when I am printing drafts of documents to review first. I used wireless printing from both my iPhone and my iPad. Printing from both devices was fast and easy and I was able to find the printer and print immediately. I had no challenges with the wireless printing. I will use this feature a lot. I really like the fact that I can print from any room in my house. In summary, I am extremely happy with this printer. It meets all of my needs and gives me the quality I am looking for and then some.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy Printer squeals and makes too much noise, not sure why. Have previously owned a Canon and did not have these problems

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid this printer I purchased this in June. It started to squeal when printing and I contacted customer support and they had me take out the toners, put back in. It was doing ok until the next day when it started squealing again. I called customer support and they sent me a refurbished one. I had problems getting this one set up and spent close to an hour with customer support setting it up. That was 5 days ago. The refurbished one started squealing again 2 days after it was set up. Today, I called customer support. They are sending out new toner along with another "refurbished" printer. I assumed when I purchased a printer, I would have a good quality product. This will be my 3rd printer. This all takes time out of my small business that I don't have. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy Very pleased. The downloaded driver works well. no need for the pcl or ps drivers. One very big difference between this and an older xerox 6515 is that the initial power draw does not dim the lights! The power requirement listed in the specs is a little misleading, but technically correct. An ordinary 15-amp outlet works just fine. Print quality is excellent. The warranty is very good. I did purchase the extra 2-year warranty as well because I have had trouble with xerox scanners not working just after the warranty period. Setup was not difficult.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid 4.5/5 I received a free Canon MF753Cdw II printer in exchange for my review on the product. I must say other than the size and weight of it, it is a very good printer. I printed from my phone, laptop, and desktop seamlessly. Ranging from Macs to Dells. The speed was amazing, I’m talking high quality photos printed on regular paper in under 10 seconds, and the quality of the printed page was shockingly great. The setup was easy for someone who can follow basic instructions, literally took me a couple minutes to have it able to print from all the devices in the household, and I have a lot, about 8 to be exact. I even printed double sided seamlessly and fast. I printed 24 pages (12 printed double sided) of a short film script in less than a minute, maybe 2 minutes at a max, impressive to be fair. Its copy feature was easy to use, and copies came out looking like originals. I did not however try using the scan feature yet as it’s probably the only feature on the printer that I almost never use anyways. So just to sum it up, although kind of bulky in size (and fairly heavy) it’s an excellent printer, it’s fast, easy to set up and use, and the quality of the prints are more than exceptional. I will now be using this printer and selling my Brother printer. If I had to rate, I would give this printer a solid 4.5/5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome printer! I received this printer for free for my honest review after installing it an using it. The set up was extremely easy. My spouse did the install as a total tech novice and found it straight forward and no problem at all . . It literally is just plug it in a quick install on your computer and it is ready to work for you through Wi Fi.. You can also use it corded if needed. It was very easy to print from both by phones and my laptop. The WiFi connection process is very easy for a novice. It prints very well as far as text and photos look amazing. Printing on both sides of the paper was very easy. And is a big help in not having a huge stack of documents vs printing on only 1 side. The interface makes it very easy to print for anyone. It is so quick. My old printer took forever. This one is fast. We are using it in a home office . We also used it to scan a ton of the kids art work. I also appreciate the faxing capabilities. It was in my opinion in every way equal to the massive commercial printer at work but so much smaller and compact. It fits easily in the home office space without being huge. As silly as it is the kids wanted to try it out and scanned the face of a stuffed animal. The scan looked great and absolutely delighted the kids. I am very impressed with the printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded Expectations I received a?free printer to review. I have experience with wireless printers, but I have never owned one in my home. Since I’ve had it installed in my home, I’ve printed from my phone and laptop. The setup process was easy and straightforward it did not take long for me to put the printer together at all. For my small home office the print quality and speed has been great. It surpassed the needs for an at home setup. The 2-sided printing has been great as that makes the job quicker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great speed and print quality I received a complimentary unit of the Canon Color ImageClass MF753Cdw II in exchange for this review, and after a couple weeks of use for my home-office, I find it to be a strong, well-rounded performer. The overall design is sleek and thoughtfully constructed—the white exterior gives the machine a modern, almost luxurious feel. Its bold, well-lit touchscreen is intuitive and easy to navigate, making day-to-day tasks feel streamlined. In terms of performance, the printer delivers impressive results. While it is not the quietest model, its speed and print quality more than compensate. Colors appear vibrant and accurate, and black text prints with a deep, rich tone that enhances readability. Standard functions such as duplex printing, resizing, and everyday document production operate smoothly and reliably. Setup, however, was less straightforward. It took a couple of attempts to get the machine fully configured, and some users may find the initial installation less intuitive than expected. The scanner produces sharp and dependable results, though it would benefit from offering more detailed customization options for advanced scanning needs. One functional concern is Wi-Fi connectivity. When printing from a cellphone or other wireless devices in different rooms of an average-sized apartment, the signal can occasionally weaken or fail, which may inconvenience users who rely heavily on mobile printing. Overall, the Canon Color ImageClass MF753Cdw II is a high-quality, versatile all-in-one printer with excellent output and a refined design, though setup and wireless performance leave some room for improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reviewing a free Canon MF Imageclass Multifunctional Laser Printer So, I got this Canon Color ImageCLASS MF753Cdw II - All in One, Wireless, Duplex Laser Printer for free to test and give my opinion. After unboxing and finding a spot in my room I connected the printer to my network as I already have the Canon Inkjet TR4700 series. I followed the instructions on how to connect to my network. After connecting to my network and downloading the drivers needed for my desktop computer, the printer connected seamlessly. I then printed my first document which was one sided. I then printed another document that was printed with the 2-sided function this function saved paper!. These I performed from my desktop computer. I scanned a document through the printer’s feeder and it scanned the document faster than my inkjet printer. I proceeded after that with printing from my iPhone, laptop, iPad and my Android Tab7. All printed out from each device perfectly. I connected my wife’s iPhone, iPad and laptop. All connected quickly and correctly. The print quality was clear and concise from each device. I just love the clarity! This printer will be used for both business and other projects that I was taking to the Fed-Ex or UPS stores. I now can perform those projects from home! I am still fiquring out the other functions and I don’t foresee any issues as the setup and instructions are very clear. I guess I’d expect that from Canon as I am a big fan of their products! Now I will be able to use this Canon Color ImageCLASS MF753Cdw II - All in One, Wireless, Duplex Laser Printer for all my business and personal projects with confidence knowing the quality is excellent! So far this is a great printer for home and professional quality printing.
