The MF465dw II uses high quality Canon Genuine Toner 070 / 070 H, for bold, crisp output your business can count on. Toner 070 yields approximately 3,000 pages and Toner 070 High-Capacity yields approximately 10,200 pages. The MF465dw II offers a plain paper capacity of up to 250 sheets in the standard cassette, 100 sheets in the multipurpose tray, and expandable paper capacity of up to 900 sheets using optional cassette AH-1 which holds up to 550 sheets. Quality printer with easy set up
I want to start out by saying I received this printer for free in exchange for my review of the item. Setting up the printer was very easy and quick. The directions were straightforward and presented through the touchscreen on the front of the printer. I think it took me about 15 minutes to set it up to my laptop and to my iPhone. The printing quality and features were better than any personal printer I have purchased in the past. I have never owned a laser printer before, nor a printer that could scan or fax. Its black and white print was crisp and clear and looked like a high quality document. I mainly used the printer for my personal use from my laptop. Loved that it automatically printed two sided!!! I would typically print two sided so it was nice that I didn't have to reminder to switch my settings. I used it as a copier too. The printer is very quick and much quieter than home printers I am used to. The only drawback I would have for this printer for myself is the size. For me, it is a little too big for a home personal printer. However, I have not shopped for a printer in a few years so maybe they are all this size. I also wish I could fold up the touch screen when I was not using the printer. However others may not be bothered by either of these things. It would be perfect for a small or medium business owner.

Significantly faster than last generation
This is a meaningful upgrade from the last iteration. Very fast start-up and printing. I can't disagree too much about the WiFi issue. I have purchased over the last 15-20 years, about 6 generations of the ImageClass. The Wifi has never been all that stable, and scanning can be hit or miss. The driver interface appears to be of the Windows 3.1 vintage! Nonetheless, you will not find a better printer/scanner/photocopier/fax for the money.

Great print speed
I received this Canon MF465dwII free and was asked to write a review of this printer. I was amazed of all the capabilities this printer offered. The only downside I have found is that it only prints in black. I used the PDF file on line to go through the setup process which was very easy to do. I was able to add my phone and print wireless with ease, The print quality was outstanding and there was no difference from print 1 to print 25 of the largest document I printed. Using the duplex feature allowed me to reduce the paper count and make the document easier to handle during meetings.The printing was pretty quick also. Using it from my home and small business this printer works well in both environments.

Great Printer for Home Use
I received a free sample of this Canon printer in exchange for writing a review, and I have been very happy with it so far. The setup process was quick and easy. I was able to connect it to my home Wi-Fi without any confusion, and it only took a few minutes before I could start printing. I tried printing from my phone and laptop, and both worked smoothly with no issues.
The print quality for black and white documents looks sharp and clean. I mostly use it for personal paperwork at home, and it has handled everything I have needed without slowing down. The print speed is great and it feels much faster than other printers I have used in the past.
I also tried the duplex feature for two sided printing and found it very useful. It helped save paper and made longer documents look more organized and professional without needing to flip pages myself.
Overall, this printer has been reliable, easy to use, and perfect for home use. I am really happy with the experience and would recommend it to anyone who needs a solid black and white printer for everyday printing.

Easy set up
I received this printer in exchange for my review. It was incredibly easy to set up, taking less than 15 minutes from unboxing to my first print. The QR code in the materials had clear instructions that outlined the steps for set up from start to finish. With simple set up I was printing documents without delay. My prints were the quality and speed I have come to expect from a Canon. I printed from my laptop and cell phone via the wireless network, allowing me to print forms, documents, recipes and even sewing patterns with ease. I was able to select duplex printing, saving time and paper for recipes and instructions documents. I'm very pleased with this printer's features for the needs of my home office.

Good value for all-in-one, a little tricky to set up some features
I received a free Canon ImageCLASS MF465dw II printer to review, and my experience has been overall pretty good, though I did find the setup difficult and have a few minor complaints. I used the printer for various tasks over the course of a couple weeks: printing sheet music and household paperwork, notecards, and copying.
Things I like about this printer: the variety of features and capabilities, the print quality, and the range of paper sizes.
I found the quality of the prints to be great. Copies came out looking as sharp as the original print, and printed text and sheet music was readable and the ink did not run. Another thing I like about this printer is, unlike my previous Brother laser printer, when I print a page it does not dim the lights in my bedroom office (not sure if this is because of lower power consumption or better control of the electric draw?).
The paper tray allows for paper in all sizes from 3x5 notecard to 8.5x14 legal. It also has notches for European standard sizes, like A4 etc.
Very happy about the 2-sided to 1-sided copying feature. There is a document feeder at the top that will take a stack of papers and copy them 2-2, 2-1, or 1-2 sided. I found this feature very slick and had not encountered it on a consumer printer before.
Things I didn't like: the setup initially was not very clear. Instead of a manual included, the printer came with a QR code which took me to the Canon website. When I tried to start the printer after plugging in, it again gave me a QR code, but instead of directly taking me to the printer driver download or instruction manual, I had to search the website for the model and my country, and then I had to scroll down to find tiny print at the bottom with the link to download drivers. I ended up using ChatGPT to ask how to set up wifi printing, and after restarting the printer again, I was able to hook it up to my home's WiFi network. At this point, my MacBook immediately found the printer and I was able to print.
The printing took a little longer to send than I'm used to; seemed like the printer had to think a minute before each job. I also encountered trouble trying to print on a 3x5 index card; something I like to do for recipes and study flashcards. I eventually just gave up after the printer interface wouldn't seem to let me set 3x5 as the paper size. Not sure if this was an issue with MS Word and the way the document was formatted, or with the printer.
Overall, though, I mostly use my printer for regular 8.5x11 B&W text and music, and I found this printer to be perfectly capable of 95% of what I need it to do. I will continue using it as my main home office printer for work, school, and household papers.

Easy setup
I received the printer about 3 weeks ago I did all my printing from a phone and the experience was very good. The setup was very easy, once connected to my WiFi, printing was seamless. Quality was very good, speed was good for home small office.

Would highly recommend!
This is a great printer that is easy to setup, prints quality pages quickly and quietly and is a small foot print that does not take a lot of desk space. I need to mention that I received a free sample printer for this review.
The printer was effortless to setup on my wireless network, I just needed to go through the printer control panel to add the passcode after my wireless was automatically found. I am able to print from my iPhone and multiple laptops throughout my home. It is great not having to be connected to the printer with a USB cable, allowing me to print from anywhere I am working.
The print quality is great, far superior to my old Ink Jet Printer, It is also faster and this is quiet printer when I do print to it.
Overall , this has been a great addition to my Home Office, allowing me to print at home with the same quality that i have at work.

Wifi keeps cutting out
Wifi is cutting out non stop when you ping the device. It makes configuring the device almost impossible. I bought 3 of these and all 3 are having the same issue.
I think it might be happening when you try to login the device. I have not done enough troubleshooting on it yet myself to try to figure out the problem. Tech support would just want to replace the unit but its all 3 of them.

Way to easy to set up
i was amazed when I received the printer. At first i was intimidated by the size and complex looking machine but I couldnt beleive how easy it was to setup. My setup is through the network and every one can print (after installing sofetware/drivers) from anywhere in the house. Printing is crisp and fast and the dual side is a plus. I'm not sure if it prints in color (if i had the cartridge for it), that would make it !00%. I would definitely recommend this printer.

Just what I needed for my home office
I received a free sample of this product to review and overall I was very impressed by this printer. It is definitely a big step up from the usual home printers that most people have and is worth the cost. I was able to connect it to my phone within minutes for wireless printing of documents. I also wirelessly connected this printer to my computer and was able to do it quickly and without any issues. The speed that this printer has is way above the usual printer that I was using before. I tested this printer by printing out a 20 page document and it was completely printed in less than a minute. The touch screen at the top of the printer is easy to use and it makes printing a snap. I used the two sided printing option with this printer and it made for easy printing and all of my copies came out great. A nice feature about this printer is the tray at the bottom that holds your paper. It is nice because you are able to put about 250 sheets inside and not have to worry about replacing the printer paper for awhile, no matter how much that you print. This printer met all the needs of my home office and I am excited to continue to use it, see how long the toner lasts before needing replaced and to save time with every print.

I got a free sample printer, the Canon ImageCLASS MF465dw II Monochrome All-In-One Printer, in exchange for writing this review. So far, I’m having a really good experience with it. It’s easy to use and works well for home stuff.
Setting it up was simple. I went through the steps, didn’t have any problems, and got it done in one go. Connecting it to Wi-Fi and my devices worked fine the first time, which made me happy. It’s nice when you don’t have to struggle with setup.
I printed from my laptop and my phone, and it was super easy. The print quality looks clean, and the speed is fast enough for what I need. Everything comes out clear and sharp, and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
I also tried scanning and copying, and that was simple too. The menu on the screen is easy to figure out, and I didn’t have to look anything up. It feels like a printer that just works without making things complicated, which I really like.
Overall, this printer does everything I actually used it for without causing any hassle. It’s reliable, fast, and easy to operate. Worked as expected, wished it printed color. High quality.
I received the Canon imageCLASS MF465dw Wireless Multifunction Printer free as part of a product test/review in exchange for writing this review. In general, the printer worked quite well. Setup was extremely simple through the app, which walked you through the process from start to beginning including unboxing and removing interior packaging. Connection to my home wireless network was easy. I was able to print without issue from various devices including my iPhone, an iPad, and my MacBook laptop. I also printed from a PC. This printer is definitely designed for a small business rather than a home environment as it does not print in color and has the copy/fax capability. It's also quite large and likely would not fit on any standard home computer desk without taking up a bulk of the space on the desktop. Furthermore, the printer is quite heavy and in many situations would require two people to move (although I was able to do it by myself).
Print quality was satisfactory, it neither impressed nor disappointed. Print speed was exceptional. In general it met some of my home printing needs (I would normally need to print in color for my children). It met all of my work printing needs. Finally, the duplex printing feature is critical to save paper. Any printer I buy will have duplex printing available. It doesn't necessarily save time but certainly trees!

Overall Great Printer
I was sent this printer for free to try out and honestly love it. Super easy to set up even though I'm not really tech savvy. I can print from my phone, iPad, or laptop for all my small office needs. Duplex (2-sided) printing works great. I'd definitely recommend it.

A great all-in-one solution for the home or office
I have just spent the last two weeks testing the imageCLASS MF465dwII, wow, quite the machine. I have to say machine and not just a printer because it does so much more. I need it to be clear that I was sent a free printer all-in-one to sample and it the impetus for this review. So the set-up went mostly smooth… while the directions and the Canon app were useful, wireless means that there could always be a problem, and that proved true here too. Connecting to our home office WiFi network posed some challenges, it didn’t seem that there should be an issue, but there was, and it took a deeper dive into the problem, from the cellphone and laptop and which was timely resolved; we were off and working. The unit was used primarily as a printer and the black and white option we chose had amazing quality. The pages per minute seemed high, each print job being quick and efficient. The scanner also yielded top-notch image quality, no surprise there. It’s tools measure up with much larger machines and it’s table top size was a great benefit in a smaller space. Look, it’s a lot of machine in a small package and would be great for any small office.
