It was sad I had to buy one, but that is how I like loading to my computer and laptop when I travel. Even on back order I got it in a timely manner. I love a cable, to me it is easier to upload.

The new interface cable fits my Rebel T8i fine, but I apparently have to install on my computer a revised EOS Utility so that my computer can talk to my T8i. My existing EOS Utility had been installed for my Rebel T2i in 2011. I currently am exchanging emails with Canon Tech Support to learn if/how I must obtain a new EOS Utility. This after I'd learned the hard way that the batteries and interface cables for my T2i won't function on my T8i.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The cable is great, but... The cable is great. However, it should have been included by Canon with the $1100-plus camera body for the 90D. It seems like Canon is being cheap not to package the cable with the body, since you can't download your photos to your computer without it. And it is a micro-USB to USB cable, not the traditional mini-USB cable that ships with earlier Canon cameras. You will be buying one of these as a separate purchase, even though you shouldn't have to.

Not only did it not work, it didn't even have the correct plug-in to fit my camera that it was advertised to be the original cable for. Then I had to pay to send it back to get my money back.

Looking over your website it was suggest the correct cable for my PowerShot SX420 was I IFC 600. Wrong! Turns out to be a IFC 400...I obtained an RMA and shipped this incorrect cable back and I am still awaiting credit. That was over a week ago. Second, you do not provide adequate software drivers to download pictures and your Wi-Fi download is a total joke. I had a Kodak for 20 years and never had issues. My next purchase will be a Kodak product...I am so sorry I made such a poor choice. Your customer service is totally inadequate and take to long.
