Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT!I just upgraded from an old canon rebel xs and this has things that remind me of the xs but obviously this is a huge upgrade from that. Extremely user friendly takes beautiful pictures, great video, auto focus is really snappy. Cannot go wrong with this camera its one of my best purchases ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great valueI volunteered to take a group picture for my High School 50 year reunion. Although my older 12 mp Canon SLR usually does a decent job, I felt I needed the advertised feature of precise auto-focus. I wanted to use my existing lenses, and also bought a 24 mm wide angle. The focus and distortion correction was spectacular, and I received several remarks of "looks professional". If the 6D full frame had been available in time for this event in early June 2017, I quite possibly may have bought it at twice the price. I felt that this once in a lifetime event called for the best processor I could get, and the Digic 7 seemed extremely impressive. My pictures at the reunion turned out almost all were perfect. I had also bought a Canon Speedlite 430 that worked spectacularly for this group shot of 50 people, taken at 35 feet distance with the cheap 24 mm lens. I am glad I made the choice of this camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cameraAt 24 mp and very low noise it's been near perfect for shooting for stock agencies, haven't had one image rejection yet with it. Only thing I miss from more expensive models is a vertical grip but maybe someone will make one someday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to useThis was definitely one of my better investments. I travel frequently and this is the perfect camera to travel with. This takes great photos, easy to operate, and is the perfect size for overseas, or any travel. I photograph nature, and this is the perfect camera for me at this point in time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge bang for the buck!I purchased one when it went on sale. My purpose was to have a lighter, less expensive alternative to my 5D IV for hiking and climbing. The 77D is the lightest, least expensive model with two control wheels and a top LCD screen. I've now taken 2000+ images with it in a variety of situations and with a variety of lenses, all L series. It produces rich, accurate colors and contrast. I'm pleasantly surprised that it consistently gets exposure correct in difficult situations where most cameras need adjustments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happyI bought this camera as an upgrade from the t3, and I am very happy with it. AF is much better and I like the additional controls. It’s not perfect, but at this price point I didn’t expect it to be. And I’m only a hobbyist, so it doesn’t need to be.
