Good but not what I needed
It was a great piece, however I bought it thinking it would fit my canon Reble t6. It does not.

Unhappy Canon purchase from

The DM-100 was purchased and cannot be used. The picture shown on the Canon website for the DM-100 shows a microphone with a cord, that is the DM-E100. The DM-100 has only a hot shoe and it is not compatible with the camcorder that I had purchased. It is too late to send back as Canon has only a 14 day return policy. Very disappointing and misleading by Canon!
