Disappointed
My printer does not recognize the ink thank and I am unable to reach anyone to help me. Very disappointed.

Ink refill
We've been ordering ink ever since we got our printer. I am completely satisfied with the service. They are prompt, and periodically we get free stuff. Which is always nice.

Service/Product
This is my second order directly from Canon and I CANNOT say I have had a better experience ordering on line. Product delivered before promised, product was exactly delivered in perfect condition and I had no problem with the ink cartridges

Need to replace cartridges often.
It goes fast. Fortunately I print only grayscale and only a few pages annually, so need only replace the two black cartridges. It must evaporate because it disappears quickly.
