Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer Ink took too long.... I love my Canon printer, but it took 4 weeks to get an ink cartridge from Canon- the company that makes them! If I had purchased it from a 3rd party, it would not have costed more, but would have arrived much sooner. I expect better service after having bought the printer.

I called yesterday because after way too many days of being told my cartridges were still in Chicago, the nice lady on the phone said they would be delivered that day. They were, but your on-line site if awful. I hope that clears up by the next time I need cartridges. Richurd Somers

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for seldom home use The ink doesn’t last longer than a week for my family, but we’re big into coloring so we print a lot of coloring pages. I haven’t really noticed a difference between the regular cartridge and the XL cartridge, they both seem to last the same amount of time. I got the biggest printer I could find at my local Walmart (TR4520 PIXMA but I may be looking into something a little more office-worthy. This printer just doesn’t have the capacity we need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly simple and efficient It was so easy to reorder the ink cartridges when my ink was running low. It took a while for my payment to clear, but the ink arrived very shortly after it was cleared, and it was well packaged. It is such an easy way to get my ink cartridges - sometimes the store I usually go to doesn't have my particular kind, then I'm running all around to find some. This will be my way of shopping for my ink cartridges from now on! Is there anyway to recycle the old cartridges?
