Picking the right terminator is vital to the performance of your SCSI chain. LVD/SE terminators support the LVD (Low Voltage Differential) specification as backwards compatibility to SCSI, SCSI-2, and SPI single-ended specifications. Multimode compatibility permits the use of legacy devices on the bus without hardware alterations. For LVD termination, the terminator integrates two regulated supplies with nine precision resistor strings. For SE termination, one regulator and nine precision 110 Ohm resistors are used.
