Brother high speed Printer works great! After unpacking this kind of small brother ads-3100 printer worked as expected in my office. The paper I connected the printer to worked great and I have no other problems with it!

Very Impressive!
This is my first desktop scanner like this. I am very impressed. Scanning went super fast. Very light and compact. Can adjust size for different documents. Can also do double sided scanning. I purposely jammed it, but unlike when printers get jammed, this was so easy to unjam. I can't imagine going back to my flatbed for documents anymore. There are some negatives I found which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Installation and setup was not so easy. There is no digital screen and the buttons other than the power button aren't very clear. You have to download both drivers and then the app to get everything going. However the instructions don't really mention all this. So kind of had to figure it out on my own other than being directed to the website to find the drivers.

Scanning made easy
Great addition to my home office. For work documents or even personal filing, this will be helpful in getting organized and stuff done all from the comfort of my home! Not too big, quick speeds, I definitely recommend for anyone working from home still.

I own a small online baby boutique and I often times I need to scan my documents and receipts. I was using a bulky machine to do this and the ADS-3100 is by far a game changer for my business. You can scan straight to your computer or even to a USB which I love the idea of that option so I can just hand over the USB to an accountant. The images are extremely clear and the best part, it’s quick, too! I love having a clean, neat, well decorated office space and this machine is sleek and a great addition to my workspace without taking away from the decor and design. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Portable, Lightweight & Easy to use
I love this product! This scanner is easy to use with cool functions. The Brother iPrint & Scan app enables you to select how and where you want your scan to go. It allows you to edit the pages you want to keep, as in deleting the 2nd page of a front and back scan if it happens to be a blank page, or it's just not needed. You can select the size of the document, choose if you want jpeg, pdf, etc; and prepare workflow functions for even easier future scanning jobs that are similar in nature. I also love that it's portable and lightweight, so I can move it to where I need it instead of trying to move an all-in-one product that's bulky and heavy.

nifty little scanner
This is really useful if you have a large amount of papers to scan. Such as receipts, business cards, documents. The tray on top adjusts so you can scan different size docs, and it pretty fast. I've set it up to scan to my computer so I can send things as PDFs, but you can directly scan to a usb if you want. Not sure if this is much better than getting a printer that can scan as well if you are just scanning documents (so you only need one machine instead of two. Makes life easier if you want to get things done fast.

Convenient for receipts
Brother scanner is a convenient way to save receipts, documents. The unit is compact so it does not take up a lot of room. I am not tech savvy so I did have assistance in setting up to my laptop. Works fast, quiet easy to use.

Lightning fast
I wish I could give the Brother ADS-3100 a five star rating. It has some great features. I was able to scan 20 pages in no time at all. I love that all of the scannable pages go into a slot and come out undeniably fast. The scanner is compact so it doesn't take up much room in my office. My only issue is set up. The directions are not as clear as I would have liked them to be. There wasn't a fast set up included in the box. I had to go online to figure it out and it took me more time than I had hoped. Apart from that one issue, I am quite satisfied with the scanner

A compact and lightweight Scanner. I had a little difficulty setting this up with my PC at my home office but once I got into the flow of things, it was fairly simple. The interface is straightforward in terms of actually scanning and the speed at which this machine can scan documents is quite fast.

This scanner is a good fit for my home office. Admittedly I have a smaller space and this doesn’t take up nearly as much space as I thought it would which is great. It’s not the sleekest looking one but definitely gets the job done, and was easy enough to set up even for tech-challenged people like me.

This is a great scanner! Perfect for personal use and can even be used in a small office. It's super compact and doesn't take much space. It's super fast and can do single-sided or double-sided. It's super easy to hook it up to a computer or SharePoint.

What a great little scanner! Fast and accurate. If you have a really long receipt it might have a problem. It is a little bulky but great that it does two sided. Aside from the scanner itself wish the platform allowed me to save as separate pages

This is a great scanner for small businesses and home use. I have 2 small businesses and need a scanner that can keep receits separated and in files. It works great! And to keep my home stuff in a whole nother file. This cute little scanner does the job well. Thanks Brother for creating this scanner.

Love this scanner!
This scanner is super easy to use. I’m terrible with technology and always just ask others to scan things for me because I will usually either scan incorrectly or the paper will be misaligned making the scan crooked, but not with this scanner! Highly recommend!

If you're shopping for a scanner, this is the one!
When I went to install the set up software for the Brother scanner, I discovered it was only available as an app (I’m a Mac user vs anything available on the Brother website. After that, it was very smooth sailing.
I’ve tried several different types of scans so far. First a two-color document scanned very quickly and made a clear, high-quality scan. Next I tried a color photo.
I couldn’t believe how fast it scanned too! The quality was also very high. If you need a scanner for docs or photos, I would highly recommend me this one!

This is exactly what I was looking for. It seamlessly scans in documents of all sizes. It’s efficient and accepts multiple documents with ease. It’s design doesn’t take up much space either so that’s a bonus.

The Brother Scanner 3100 is great, I love how fast it scans my documents and how it only takes 1 Scan for it to go through and does front to back. Super easy to setup and good for home and office use. This is a basic scanner. I say basic because it scans your receipts and documents fast and effectively.Can load up to about 60 pages for first scan at once. Super easy to install and everything is included to get you started. This model connects with computer or mobile device with cord. Cord for mobile is not included but the one for computer is desktop or laptop is compatible. Super happy with this scanner and love how fast and simple it is to have your front to back document's uploaded. I honestly haven't seen a fast scanner as quick as this one.

Scanning is not done as shown in the pictures.
The picture shows a one-sided receipt placed in the document feeder printed side up. But one-sided scans, per Brother help, receipts need placed in a carrier sheet, printed side down. All one-sided documents need placed face down to scan. I like to place my documents printed side up.

Scans fast
This scanner has made working from home so much better. I scan a large amount of documents daily and this has really helped me speed up the process. I was able to install the software super easily and everything went smoothly. I did not have any issues at all. My experience level with software is above average so I can’t speak for all regarding the install. I can’t brag enough about the 60 page auto document feeder. I can place all the documents and it automatically scans them in page by page and I can work on other stuff I have to do in the process. Gives me a lot of freedom not having to sit and scan page by page manually. All documents are easily stored on my computer and ready to send. It has never jammed on me or distorted any images. It’s been really cool to use. It is sleek and sits in my home office great. I like how compact it is and doesn’t take up much room. Hands down the best scanner I’ve had to use in my five years at home.

Good quality scanner!
I have been needing a scanner to upload documents and make copies of things, and this one works great! It is super easy to use although the set up was a bit difficult. It's made it so much easier to scan documents and I would definitely recommend it!
