Horrible smell
I purchased 3 of these things and each one has this musty mildew smell. I have even sprayed with febreeze, glade and nothing gets the stink out. Ugh

Pain reliever.
I bought this for my husband because he was developing carpal tunnel from working at home... it has definitely relieved his pain.
