Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mutiple cracks within months despite no falls I have used a Belkin screen protector on every previous phone I have owned and have been very happy with their performance. However, the Belkin UltraGlass 2 screen protector that was applied directly in the Apple Store after purchasing a new phone is very poor quality. Despite no falls, keeping my phone in a case and paying attention to scratchy things like keys, within just a couple of months the screen protector is cracked in two corners, and there is a third crack entirely through the middle of the phone. In one of the corners, the Belkin glass has come away entirely, leaving just the sticky membrane glued to the phone glass. I have no idea what could have caused the cracks but it is the first time in 18 years of using Belkin that a screen protector has been so damaged. For the price of the product, its performance is really unacceptable. Beyond that, the protector seems a lot trickier to apply. The staff in the Apple store made four attempts (using the special machine) before he could apply a protector without leaving bubbles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Causes more damage than it prevents Absolute trash. It’s suffered no significant impact or trauma but has 9 chips and cracks. I keep my phone in its own designated pocket so nothing causes damage yet, somehow, a shard of glass from this screen protector chipped off and sliced my leg open. Truly hilarious that belkin brought this to market and Apple sold them de facto on release day. Shameful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not good I bought this screen protector the day the iPhone 17 Pro Max came out, for my wife and myself. After a few hours the edges, on 50% of iPhone surface become detached. I bought an extra Screen Protector, same thing. I think the issue is the screen protector is too big, they try to cover the whole surface of iPhone. There should be a little gap between the glass/edge of phone and the protector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible quality and service. I bought this screen protector from Apple the day the new iPhone came out and the first time I dropped the phone the screen protector shatters. I tried to get a warranty replacement and was told that it would take up to three weeks to send a replacement even though the screen protector is in stock online and at Apple. I then asked for a refund and was told that it could take up to 30 days which is ridiculous. Now my screen is still unprotected, I have no warranty replacement, and no refund. I will never buy another product from this company again and I recommend that no one else buys from them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dubious protection. High Price Disappointed. I got Ultraglass 2 with iphone 16. First one broke due to fall on hard surface. Saved the phone screen. Understandable. So I got another one. That broke with a minor fall on carpet!! (The phone was inside a open case). Reached back to Belkin but they refused to replace.

Phone never dropped; happened while phone sitting on table plugged in. Belkin sent a replacement, much appreciated. Received today, watched online video to be certain was applying correctly. After application, many bubbles on the screen. Tried to push them to the side, as video suggested. Bubbles remained; became smaller but large bubbles split into smaller ones & couldn't be removed. Not happy, will have bubbles on screen for rest of iPhone's life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warranty isn’t real Fell out of my pocket less than 6 inches onto a plastic chair and cracked less than 2 days after purchase. When I reached out about the warranty I was denied because Apple sold this to me for my 17 Pro and was told it’s a different size than the 16 Pro or 17. Even though on this very website there is no iPhone 17 Pro specific screen protector. Terrible customer service and disappointed.

I lightly bumped my friend and when I brought my phone up it was gone. Unfortunately my sister threw away my receipt so I can’t utilize the warranty on this product but the fact that it broke so easily was incredibly disappointing.

Three days later I dropped my phone, and it wasn't even a high drop, and the protector cracked. I was super disappointed. I contacted Belkin and true to their warranty, they will replace it. That's great but then I thought why do I want this same product when it clearly underperforms and is costly. I did some research and found other choices which I believe to be better.

I bought this at Apple when I went to purchase my 17 pro and it cracked within two weeks time and mind you I had a durable case on the phone. I asked the company to replace it since it’s still in warranty and they said it was out of stock and not sure when a shipment would come. You’re better off buying from another brand than this one! I’ve had cheaper screen protectors that cost less and have lasted way longer even after being dropped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inferior Product, Terrible Customer Service! I purchased this screen protector to use on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Right away there were issues. I read the instructions twice to make sure I installed it correctly. I even watched videos to make sure I did everything by right. Despite following the instructions to the letter, between the wet wipe, dry cloth and dust sticker, I ended up with bubbles under the screen. I did as instructed and tried to push the bubbles out and while the large bubbles came out, there were still a bunch of small ones near the edge. I only had this protector for a week and after a short drop, it broke despite the claim that it was one of the hardest. Despite reaching out to the company, which they took forever to respond back, they said they would not help me. I also want to add that the screen cracked right where the bubbles were. I do not recommend this product at all, let alone the company. You can find much better for less. Their warranty makes it impossible to replace and the company takes forever to reply back to you(more than a week). Who would want to keep their expensive phone unprotected for weeks?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Belkin no good Crack easily and terrible customer service. Took like 2 months for them to send my replacement with the warranty. I just got it in the mail and noticed they sent the replacement without all of the tools needed to apply it. I had a BodyGuardz screen protector before buying this one at the apple store and had a much better experience. I think all screen protectors crack easily but theirs was wayyy easier to get replaced. Next time it cracks Im going back to body guardz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not happy with warrenty Very disappointed i was told I have to pay 9.99 to get a replacement screen saver I was told by Appel it was a lifetime warranty, should not have to pay for something that did not hold up i had a corner start flaking off soon after getting it on and then the sides started peeling away then recently a new crack so I finally inquired about getting it replaced only to be told there was a 9.99 fee

I had registered the product and when I filled out the form for a replacement was told that it was no longer available and was given a 30% discount off another one. Very poor customer experience when the "lifetime guarantee" is promoted.

Already has a hairline crack on the screen. Have no idea how it happened, as I have never dropped this new phone. And now I see I can't even get another one as it is out of stock. I am certainly not happy with this product or Belkin service at this point.
