Difficult to get a replacement screen protector
The screen protector supposed to be good but it developed a very fine crack (not broken) and quite a difficult process in getting a replacement. You could probably pay less and just replace as needed without going through a long process of obtaining a replacement.

Lens Warranty
I broke the corner of my lens. Requested a replacement under warranty that came with lens. Received run around and told my request was canceled. It is my opinion that their warranty is of no value. Plan to look for a different brand of lens.

Registration is a PAIN!
Registering my ultraglass 2 15 plus screen protector has been difficult. It has taken me 30 minutes and over 5 times to register this item. After registering the website does not confirm if I have registered the item. The product number on the packages not be clearly found. The UltraGlass is awesome.

UltraGlass2 Screen Protector Saved My iPhone
iPhone screen was crushed after dropping it, while paying transit fare, and the door was closed in an attempt to retrieve it. Stopped by Apple Store to replace the phone, technician removed the Belkin UltraGlass2 and the phone was fine, not a scratch. Replaced UltraGlass screen protector.

Outstanding service & Warranty fullfilment
LOVE that a company today still stands by it's products and replaces without issue when they break. My screen protector protected my iphone and chipped in the corner - Belkin mailed me a replacement and the apple store applied it with a professional tool so it's perfectly aligend without bubbles. Registration failure
I just got the screensaver installed at the Apple Store and just attempted MULTIPLE times to register it. Each time it said my registration was successful. But when I went to my account page, it said that no products were registered.
Very frustrating. Now what do I do?
