Using the Expander rather than adding KVM Switches provides you with a cost savings of approximately 30 percent%. The Expander connects to the ENTERPRISE Quad-Bus Series KVM Switch and instantly takes on the features of the Switch, including cross-platform support and flash upgradeability. Expanding your configuration through dedicated daisy-chain ports offers scalability without losing a server port. You can add up to 15 Expanders to your Enterprise Quad-Bus Series KVM Switch, for control of up to 256 servers.
