Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps falling off dashboard I bought this a couple of months ago. I applied the sticky dashboard adapter to the car and fixed the mount on top. After a couple of days the mount came off with the dashboard adapter. The sticky part is not strong enough to hold the mount and the phone. Avoid. It seems to be a common problem with the mount.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good. Neck slightly too long It's a nice design with quality parts.I attach it to my windscreen. It's perfect but.... The neck is a bit too long. This means, even with a small iPhone se, that the phone wobbles up and down when driving. The wobbling also means that it has a tendency fall off. I own a couple of cars and also hire cars often, so I switch it from car to car. The tendency to come unstuck and the wobbling mean I have to focus on attaching it, positioning it so that the phone can rest against something, and keeping the pad and window clean. Make one with a slightly shorter neck and slightly more powerful suction and I'll buy several and put five star reviews everywhere! :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Service Received as a gift 7 months ago. It wobbles and drops IPhone 11. Eventually the stem broke at the base. When calling Customer Support and talking to Agent Roxanne she said policy is a receipt is required. I explained it was a Birthday gift and I wasn’t going to call and ask for it. Claim denied!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too much pressure on phone This product applies so much pressure to the phone when it's holding it, that it has now lost touch to my screen. Where the product grabs the phone, it now doesn't work on my screen. Way too much pressure. Don't buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broke in 20 minutes Purchased it yesterday, broke in the first 20 minutes on my ride home. It just fell in half due, breaking at the joint inside the suction cup. Terrible designe and/or material quality. Being Belkin I was betting on it being extremely durable, but it was quite the opposite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This mount hasn't failed me yet I purchased my first Belkin universal car mount last fall. This would by my last attempt for a servicable mount for my iPhone 6. All other attempts had failed. From the coldest winter day up to some very hot days, this mount has not let me down. The device stays in the mount and the mount stays where I place it. It attaches and detaches easily for security reasons (never leave an empty mount in sight). I just purchased two more mounts for gifts, but may have to keep one for our second vehicle to avoid carrying my first back and forth between vehicles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This mount may be good for wind screen, maybe but not for the dash. The suction last for 5 days on the dash and keeps falling off. And the clip itself cannot be operated with one hand, which can be a good or bad thing depends how you see it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great in Florida The only windshield solution I've found to work in FL is a suction cup & claw. Glue doesn't work because of the heat, and other manufactures who got the suction cup right, implemented a cheap claw that broke after a few uses. I found the Belkin AC mount, saw that the claw was high quality, so I looked online for a windshield solution. Well done, Belkin.

I've mounted an iPhone 6 Plus on the windshield of a Ford Focus Electric and the mount is doing exactly what I expected - holding the phone in place for easy viewing while driving. The outside temperature has been in the 50s and the mount seems to be firmly attached to the glass even while driving on bumpy pavement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when it stays put This worked great on my window until the suction lost its power and I continuously would find this mount on my car floor. No matter how many times I would suction it and lock it back onto my window, it would always fall off. The sticky pad to mount to your dashboard was absolute junk and couldn’t even hold itself up, let alone a phone.

The suction mount work great on a smooth non-porous surface. It also comes with a self-stick smooth mount for textured surfaces. It holds the phone securely and has a wide range of adjustment!

And now the suction doesn't stay on correctly. I bought it at Best Buy and I need to see if I can return it.
