Stopped working after 2 weeks
It worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working. Now I have an issue getting it repaired or replaced as there is no Belkin representative in Malta. I bought it at Apple Store in London and the sales person said I have an international warranty but Belkin online declined replacing it under warranty as I need to go to a Belkin supplier, so much for 'international' warranty.

So Far So Good
I've only used it twice for about 2-3 hours each time so can't say whether the claimed battery life is accurate but so far so good. Magnet is nice and strong. I really like it!

Hot When In Use
Great concept and good, small size. Huge negative is that it gets incredibly hot when using. I worry it's going to burst into flames so it's been just sitting in drawer.

Waste of Money
“Up to” 16 hours of battery life is a joke. I used it immediately out of the box so didn’t expect it to be fully charged. But it go me through a crisis by giving me a 40% charge. When I fully charged the power bank and used it the second time, same story. $59 wasted. I should have bought a standard cheapo power bank at Walgreens. Very disappointing since I have always looked to Belkin for quality products. Not anymore.

Works with USB-C, but not with wireless charging
The is review in for the BPD009, which appears the same as the BPD008 that is on the Belkin site. It worked for a few times and then stopped working and would not wirelessly charge my device anymore. I have had the unit for a little over 1 month. I tried it on an iPhone 16 Por Max and iPhone 13 Mini. Neither work. I have a case, but tried it on both phones without the case. The USB-C cable works fine, but what is the point of the magnetic charging capability if it doesn't work? I do not recommend this product!

Belkin 5k power bank
Bought Belkin portable charger from Apple Store… it doesn’t charge iPhone.. tried to plug the charger to see if it will turn on but all it does is blink or won’t turn on at all… wasted $$ on a device that won’t even work properly.

Product failure
This product is a failure. Every time I place it on my phone it only charges about 10% before it overheats my phone and shuts off. I already had it replaced once by warranty due to the battery getting so hot I could barely touch it. The replacement does the same thing.

Works and Looks Good. Just get the 15k, not the 5k
I specifically asked for the the 15k and the handed me a 5k device and will NOT take it back and can NOT EXCHANGE, because they say that a is ALL they sell, AT THE APPLE STORE!!!!! WOW! I have an iPhone15 Pro. It helps when in a jam but is not near enough to use multiple times because I am out in the world for long amounts of time. I have Cancer and Lupus and I am constantly awaiting medicaid drivers outdoors which requires my phone to watch their location or calls/texts. Not to mention sitting in a Chemo Chair for 4hrs at a time. There are times I can't move at home and there is nobody there and the Belkin 5K just isn't enough. I don't have the finances to buy 2 devices, I barely scraped enough to buy this 5K I was tricked in to buying. It does get hot but that's how Qi2 operates on any device. But this is a little TOO HOT for my comfort at times. Otherwise it is well built, kickstand is sturdy and isn't an eyesore or that noticeable.

Too heavy and too thick charger
This product charges very well, but it is heavier and thicker than my Iphone, I like the kickstand and the ability to charge the phone when charging the power bank. I probably would not recommend this to a friend. I would let them see mine before they buy it. It’s almost too big to fit in my pocket, it stops charging when the iPhone gets too hot.

Battery overheats - unusually.
Just received the second unit of this product after returning my first one. The replacement product has the same issue. It overheats my phone and shuts off charging after only 10-15 minutes of charging and only 3-4% of battery charge. This overheating is damaging to the phone battery and the wireless charger becomes so hot you can barely touch it.

Garbage Does not charge my iphone
My Belkin headphones I ordered from the Apple store were garbage- never held a charge. Bought this charger from the Apple store too. Shame on me. Even when fully charged it will not charge my iphone. It doesn’t even connect when magnetically attached to my phone without its cover. Such waste. Will never buy another Belkin product.

Fine, but doesn’t work as advertised
I bought this product through the apple store and was told by them and the Belkin website that it would provide 16 hours of additional charge. Instead, it gives me maybe 4 hours. My iphone 15 dies every day while I’m walking around and so I desperately needed a portable charger so I don’t get stranded out and about with a dead phone. With 16 hrs of additional charge, I thought this would be a great product. In truth, it barely helps my problem as my phone dies, I use the portable charger, the portable charger dies, and then my phone is down to 10% again before the end of the day. I’m disappointed, especially for a product this expensive.

Not worth the money
I purchased this charger from an Apple srore when i bought my phone and not only does the powerbank take long to charge right out of the box, it takes hours to charge my phone and dies before my iphone 16 is fully charged. A total waste of money and most likely will avoid buying this brand in the future.

Does not charge the phone and gets extremely hot.
Basically does not work. I can leave this thing on my iPhone for hours and may get 1-2% on the charge. All of the energy seems to be lost in generating heat, as the unit gets uncomfortably hot. Website not helpful. I've tried to file a warranty claim here, but the site directs you to a form that is only for screen protectors.

Not working as expected
DO NOT BUY, I bougt this one because travel for work and need a magsafe power bank to stay active all day within my work. This battery is so slow to charge, overheats a lot, consider buy another brand.
