Yes, I have checked the power source and the cable and there is no doubt that the problem is the charger. I hope that you will do the right thing and replace it.

I bought it to accompany my daughter’s school computer as a replacement for the Power supply. This Belkin model is 1/4 the size and is much easier to pack since the USB-C cable is not permanently attached.

The Belkin 45W Dual USB-C Wall Charger is great for that. I like how it has 2 USB-C ports instead of just 1 port. It allows me to plug in multiple devices in one outlet, saving space and reduces the number of charges I need. In addition, this charger supports Fast Charge, up to 25W in one port and 20W in another port. This means modern smartphones can charge super fast. The box says about 50% charge in 28 minutes. It also supports charging at 45W in one port, like for a laptop. It works with modern laptops, tablets, and phones, which for some reason is switching to USB-C. Another great thing that I love about this is that it uses GaN, or gallium nitride, components. This is a new generation of components that make chargers like this support high 45W, and yet the charger itself is really small. It’s pretty amazing how small the charger is and it can charge a 45W laptop over USB-C. The charger’s prongs also fold flat, which is great for keeping it compact and snag-free for travel. I also like that the packaging is mostly recyclable cardboard and paper, and doesn’t use much plastic. It is able to charge my smartphone and I think it’s a great charger.

I liked that the prongs folded nicely into the unit, which is especially important while traveling. I just wish is was a little flatter as it is square and bulky and didn’t travel as well to fit in purse. Overall though, good product.

We have chargers in every room and with time, some seem to die or their charging becomes slower and slower. Or the cords don't seem to fit as tight. This Belkin 45W Dual USB-C is now the "go to" in our household. It charges devices quickly and it holds up well with everyone constantly moving it around the house. After several weeks of daily charging two devices (phone and tablet) at once, it is still charging quickly and doesn't get warm to the touch like other chargers we have had. Not only do we highly recommend it, we will be purchasing more in the near future to replace others in our house.

It’s quite fast and I could do two things at once! Belkin came through again. I honestly have so many chargers and feel like I just need to use this one. I really like how I can hook up different devices and both charge quite fast. After living for weeks without electricity, having the devices get a full charge in a hurry is so exciting!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works okay I got this dual charger hoping it would charge my phone quickly. It does not come with a cord and would be nice if it comes with one that works for all devices. I did not the read the description well for what devices this is compatible with. The first two devices I tried took over 2 hours to charge and both were not listed on the charger's packaging as compatible. My husband has an iPhone 12 mini which is listed as a compatible device. We kept track of the time and battery percentage one day while charging his phone. 9% at 10:32, 65% at 11:03, 76% at 11:13, 84% 11:23, 93% at 11:38, 100% 11:52. It took over an hour to get it charged. We used whatever cords we had available for charging, not sure if we would need the same brand as the charger for it to work any faster.

Why would I want to buy another type C cord and an adapter? I don't. It would be helpful to charge two type C enabled devices at the same time, but I can do that with anything really.

With all the latest technology, a dual 45W USB-C PD (PPS) charge plug is a must have. This plug has enough juice (Total of 45W) to allow charging two new iPhones at the same time - and quickly. I plugged in 2 iPhone 13’s, one was at 19% and the other at 48% battery, and in 30 minutes they were at 73% & 84%. After one hour they were at 92% & 97%. Fast! I also really like the fact we don’t have to occupy more than one plug in our outlet to charge both phones at the same time. The prongs on the plug fold up which is nice for portability and travel. The information in the box warns the plug might tend to run a bit warm but mine remains nice an cool. However, I usually unplug it from the wall when it’s not being used. This is a great fast charge for simultaneous charging of multiple devices. I love having this Belkin 45W Dual USB-C Wall Charger and you will too!

I especially like that I can charge my phone and my tablet at the same time. My iPad usually takes several hours to fully charge when the battery is low. The other day, I plugged my iPad with 14% battery and it took a little less than 3 hours to fully charged which is pretty impressive.

The belkin 45 w dual charging box does the trick. It’s bigger than a normal apple charging box but with the dual charging ports it makes it very convenient and fast to charge two phones at once. The prongs on the box fold in which makes it convenient for travel. Overall family like the convenience of the two ports and quick charge.

We have several other Belkin products that have held up well over time so felt good about the quality of this one. This Belkin Boost Charge Pro Can be used for one 45w device or two 25w devices simultaneously. We have it in our kitchen convenient for wife and I to both plug-in phone during the afternoon when we are running low on charge. After just 20-30 minutes we have enough charge for the rest of the day. It can also we used for our laptops if needed. Overall a great little fast charger for a USB-C cable.

A solid, block of power able to handle a variety of equipment, Apple iPhone 12 and newer, iPads, MacBooks, and Samsungs, Google Pixelbook, HP Chromebooks, Acer, Lenovo, Dell, and Microsoft Surface. It's rated for all of these, (see specifics) but will likely charge anything with a USB-C. The charger works quickly, and has a two-year warranty. Make this the stalwart of that "Tech drawer" you've got packed with cords, you won't be sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better with Belkin! I absolutely love this Belkin fast charger for my iPhone 12 Pro. I use it mostly for my iPhone but it can also charge laptops and tablets. Both of the ports are USB-C ports which are much better than the original USB ports however this charging block does not come with any cables so you will need to purchase those yourself. Well worth it though for the fast charging capabilities.

It fits the original cord for the computer without a problem. It’s nice to have a small charger that I can tuck in my backpack rather than a large one that came with the computer. The charger is small and the metal prongs fold down, making it easy to travel with. It feels sturdy and durable as well. Great charger to have around!

The dual charger allows me to charge two different devices simultaneously without any interruptions. My phone gets fully charged faster than my regular USB-C charger device from other brands. I loved that the charger is very lightweight, small enough for me to take it when traveling. It’s truly a very solid charger and works perfectly well for my phone and Other devices that use USB-C capabilities. I would recommend this charger most definitely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for traveling Most hotels now have USB connection so having this is great because it replaces 2 power blocks just in case. Compact charger can power the following combinations: - Laptop(compatible with USB C charging) - Tablet/phone and phone/tablet what’s great is that it can support dual fast charging up to roughly 20w a piece. Whatever combination of dual charging you use just keep in mind it can only support up to 45w total. If you keep the combination to what I listed above you shouldn’t have a problem with today’s power requirements. A combination you never want to do is two Laptops except for maybe two low power consumption chrome books. If you deviate from the recommended charging combinations make sure not to exceed 45watts.

This double charging has been great as I sometimes only have one open socket near me but multiple things I need to charge so I love that this allows me to do that. It doesn’t take any longer to charge even though 2 things are charging in it which i found amazing. Overall this is great for those with all the devices they need to keep charged.

I can charge 2 phones from it and it's not oversized and stays in the plug a lot better than my previous one. I am so glad I chose this one. I think I am going to get another one to put in my travel bag. I love it.

My only issue was that I had to go searching for a chord that would work with it. It’s not the old port that we all have a million chords we can plug into, it’s the newer one.

My phone charges in as little as 15-20 minutes it has dual plug ins so you can charge two things at a time and it charges them quick. i have many charges and this is the best one i have used so far. It has good weight to it so yo know its made well. Its 45 watt and it proves itself when charging. It does not even get warm where some of my others get very warm. this stays cool. Its well worth the price and i have found no cons with it it works as they say and it works very well. sick of waiting for your phone to charge get one of these and your waits will be over well worth getting .

It is great having two items charging while using only one outlet. It came in handy on our recent trip where our hotel didn’t have many outlets. I have not experienced any issues with this wall charger, and it has been as extremely useful. I would highly recommend this product.
