It is compact, soft material, charging time is Optimus….I rated 4 stars only because it gets very warm while charging ….understanding is a kind of normal phenomenon…but for a 5000 mAh….was too warm…hoping new ones will come with a better heat control .

Love how easy it is to charge your phone and with no extra wires. It takes a bit to actually get it to magnetically hold the phone, but once it does find the spot it’s a crazy good charge! Poor product, Poor support
Never got to use the MagSafe battery. Upon first charge the battery inflated - an issue with lithium ion batteries. I purchased at an airport and had to fly with it this way and felt very uncomfortable. I attempted RMA support to simply have it replaced. I received an email to provide proof of purchase, which I already did when I registered it, and although I responded right away I’ve never heard anything. Poor product, poor support. Not really what I expected from Belkin.

Nice feel and charges well
I got this for my iPhone 13 mini, and it’s the perfect size and shape to fit it, plus it’s a nice soft and comfortable feel, unlike one I had tried before. The stand is a handy feature but honestly I don’t use it often. Mostly I just like being able to pop on the battery when I’m out and need some more juice, and this just works. It seems to charge fast too, though I haven’t timed it, from the cord to charge itself I mean. I’ve never worried about it having enough power.

Versatility
So this has mag safe charging as well as having the ability to charge on the go or plug in to charge and has pass through charging for any mag safe
product. The stand allows for ease of use while multi tasking and it being upright to view. However with my case mate on it can slip off charger even though it is suppose to be compatible. Don’t get me wrong it charges but slips off easily. Perfect addition for use on the go. Definitely recommend!

Finally a power bank without cables!!!
This is such a great product, it well designed and well made. I like having a power bank on hand, especially for travel, and this makes it 100 times more convenient. I really can’t over state how much better it is not having a cable hanging off your phone and catching on things. The MagSafe attachment works perfectly, it’s just as strong as the plugin apple charger, and works perfectly through my (MagSafe) case. You can hold the battery and the phone is held strongly enough that it won’t separate unless you really mean to or twist/drop it (the side that sits next to the phone is more rubberized so it doesn’t twist unless you deliberately do). To charge you need to press the little power button on the side, and there are 4 handy LEDs that tell you how much charge is in the battery. It has enough juice in it for about 1 1/2 - 2 charges, and works seamlessly with my iPhone 13, charges quickly so don’t have to let it sit there while it builds up enough charge. The battery needs a USB-c cable to charge it, the cable that come with it is a USB-C to USB-C, so you need to have the correct wall charger. The little stand is a great added feature that works very well in both portrait and landscape orientation. The stand does not move without you moving it, so it won’t pop open in you pocket or close when you don’t want. It feels solid and well made. I really love this MagSafe battery pack by Belkin, and I highly recommended it!

I was skeptical to try out a wireless charger since I feel most are hit or miss but was very impressed with how easy this wireless charger was to use. The size is nice to fit in your pocket or purse if you are on the go and the kickstand is a nice addition for propping up if you need to use.

Not functional product
Bought the power bank one month ago at an Apple Store. Never used it as I broke my leg and was in rehab. Today I wanted to try it but couldn't figure out how to work it. It goes on securely. I pressed the button and nothing lit up. Where are the directions? How is this cable supposed to work? This is the least user friendly product I have ever purchased for my iPhones. I don't even know if it works.
There is no way to leave an image. Perhaps your programmer should take a look at this page. It's non functional like the power bank.

Most portable iPhone charger
I love the Belkin MagSafe products. I own their magnetic stand charger and now this portable power bank. It’s thin, fairly lightweight and the stand is a nice accessory. It’s built well and feels like high quality. It grips on my iphone 13 pro without any issue and I love that I don’t have to carry a cable anymore to use my power bank. At 2500mAh, it gives about half of a charge, so it’s more of an everyday emergency charger to take on the go. To go hiking or camping, I’ll still use my 10000 mAh Belkin bank for more power. Overall, I love my new wireless power bank and it’s a good piece of mind knowing that my phone will not run out of power again before I can take it home for a full charge.

Epic Failure on that Power Bank
When I bought this, I fully expected to get a good power bank, as Belkin is a good brand. After charging it for the required amount of time, it would not work on my iPhone. I tried several different times and even tried different phones with the same result.

Wireless chargers are always nice to have when out and about places but , I had to take my phone cover off my phone for it to be able to charge my phone. It would not charge through my phone cover and my iPhone cover is thin. So I wasn’t impressed about that!

I’m sure happy I bought this product a few weeks ago, although I had to purchase a separate charging cube to get started I’ve enjoyed the ease of use with this Belkin magnetic charger. I do have to remove my phone from my case to charge it but I hear a mag case can also be purchased to eliminate having to do that.

This thing is great! I just put my iphone on top of it and it charges the phone, even with my case on. I love that you can take this with you and just put it on your phone (magnetic) and it charges up your phone! I went out yesterday and realized my phone was out of juice and my car doesnt have charging ports so I grabbed this and charged my phone while I was out and about. Nifty gadget!

The customer service makes you wait forever to get help and the product I purchased does not work. Then have to file for a refund you have to 24 to 48 hours for a response which is ridiculous when I spent 60 dollars on a power bank that lasted once cyle to charge my phone. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

The Belkin on-the-go wireless charger can be used on iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 series devices. I was a little skeptical of the mag safe power bank. I’ve previously tried a Mac safe wallet and the hold was too weak for my liking. That being said this power bank does not have that problem! When you stick it to the back of your phone it STAYS there. It works great in your pocket, and the little kick stand is awesome to hold the phone up. Used on iPhone 12 Pro Max

Nice addition to the EDC
Not bad and good for an extra charge on the 14 Pro before it needs to be refilled. I can get almost 2 full charges off my 6K Jackery Bar so I expected a little more out of the Belkin's supply though. The kickstand is a nice touch and the magnet holds well.

Nice Wireless Portable Charger
I have been using this power bank for a bit of time now. I do like that it is wireless, so I don’t have carry a bigger power bank around with me, with a wire. Seemed the power bank itself took a bit of time to charge. I was able to put my phone, with this attached, into a smaller cross body bag, so it was not bulky, which was nice. In my opinion, the magnet could be a bit stronger. I was afraid that it would come off a few times when taking the phone out of my purse, or putting it in there. So far it has done a good job of charging my phone, and I’m looking forward to using it on trips to places that I may use my phone a lot more. I love the added bonus of the stand. It’s something you don’t realize you appreciate until you actually have it. I do want to mention, I found that I was able to use the power bank both with my phone case on, and without it.

Decent power bank
I like how this little power bank magnetizes to the back of my magsafe phone. it's made specifically for iPhone but you can buy magsafe adapter adhesive rings for any phone. It still works fine as long as your device has wireless charging. The only real complaint I have is that the bank's charging port is on the bottom where the kickstand is, so you can't charge it and use the kickstand at the same time. Which isn't that big of a deal I guess because it's intended to be used on your phone when you AREN'T at a charger. But they still could have put the port on one of the sides.

This is such a great iPhone accessory. I love how it is a charging pad, phone stand, and power bank all in one. The charging pad works well, I have tried others where the phone needed to be placed in a very particular position for it to work, not this one, it works very well! The kick stand on the back makes for watching a video or reading easy and allows you to be hands free. The power bank is such a perfect feature and gives hours of re-charging time and does not take long to fully charge the bank. This is such a perfect travel item! Highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed this power bank! It charges fast and my phone just magnetically sticks to it. It has a kick stand that allows you to watch and read hands free while charging! I love that! I seem to have an issue remembering to charge my phone… and this has been a lifesaver more than once. The only thing I wish was a bit different is the weight, it is a little heavy… but… I think it would not allow for the phone to stand up otherwise! I am buying a few for Christmas gifts! I love it!! (FYI… I have an IPhone 12 Pro Max.)

Good for some people but not for everyone
I was excited about getting this charger and this first problem I ran into was the fact that it required a usb-c charging block or power adapter. I didn’t own one so I had to buy one just to charge the power bank. Then it doesn’t give the versatility to charge other items that don’t have the ability to charge magnetically. It works good for those items but doesn’t have versatility I would need for everyday use.

This is a rechargeable magnetic charger for the iPhone 12/13. It’s pretty slick. Charge it from your computer. Requires USB type C, so your computer needs to be pretty new. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Belkin Magnetic Wireless - won't recharge
My first Belkin magnetic wireless power bank 5K did not recharge up from 25% in the first 24 hrs I used it. Belkin sent me a replacement. I immediate charged it up to 100%, used 25% of it to top off my iPhone and now it won't charge up again. Strikes me as a bit 'chunky' thing. I am using the cable it came with to charge it along with Apple 20W adapter. After hours - never progressed up with indicator light, never even warmed up while in 'charging' mode. Waste of my time and money... Going to another brand, obviously. BTW, I do pay my electric bills and am able to charge my laptop and iPhone with same set up, but not apparently Belkin products

Convenient and easy
This charger is great. It is compact and convenient for whenever you might need a wireless charge. It works on phones with MagSafe as well as those without, although if your phone doesn’t have MagSafe, it will not stand up while charging - you just lay it flat and it will charge, though. I guess it wouldn’t work well as a portable charger if you are looking to just throw it in a bag to charge while you’re out and about - I would imagine it would “fall off” your phone if it got jostled around.
I also love that there are little lights on the side of the charger that show how much charge is left in the power bank. It makes it so easy to see if you need to plug it in before heading out for the day.

The Belkin Magnetic Wirelesss Power Bank 5k + Stand is one of the best power banks without cables I have at the moment. It is such an amazing product ranging from its capabilities and its sleek minimalistic design. The convenience of having a power bank thats fits in your pocket making it simple for travel and the MagSafe attachment work just as I expected holding my phone without me having to worry about it. The power bank is extremely easy to use as you just have to place your phone on top of it, then press the button on the side then your phone will charge at an efficient quick rate. The stand is a great feature added onto this power bank making it simple for watching shows on my phone whilst it's charging. Since using the Belkin power bank it's been going everywhere I go to the powerbank.

In the first 24 hrs I got Belkin wireless power bank 5K - it wouldn't recharge after using it x 1. Belkin sent replacement and I immediately charged it to 100% and used 25% to top off my iPhone, but then it wouldn't recharge. I used the cable it came with and Apple 20W adapter. It never progressed to next light in indicator lights after HOURS and it never warmed up while in charging mode. I am able to recharge my phone and laptop with it but apparently no Belkin products. A bit junky items here. Going with a different brand obviously.

I absolutely love this power bank. I love that magnetically stays on my phone when it’s charging and the size of the bank itself is not that big. There’s a button on the side of the power bank that tells you exactly how much battery I have left and it uses a C charger so it’s easy to charge at most locations. The way of the power bank is actually fairly light. You definitely notice when it’s on your phone but it’s a necessity if your phone is dying and it actually charges pretty quickly. The material that it’s made of actually feels very heavy duty and I know that I could use this product for years to come. I would say it charges my phone fairly quickly and when the bank is on the charger itself it charges pretty quickly. Overall I love the design and the quality of this power bank!

I was excited to try this Power Bank, with the expectation that it would work extremely well, as my other Belkin items have always done. It did not disappoint. It charges quickly and efficiently. I love the fact that there are no wires to deal with, as it is completely wireless. That being said, the only issue with the wireless charging, is that you may have to remove your protective case in order for the charger to work as it should. Overall, it is a great power bank and I would definitely buy this again.

The charger is great! I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it charged it just fine. It has a pop up bar on the back that allows for your phone to stand up if you need to be able to easily glance over at it. It also has little lights indicating the charge level which makes it super easy to see how charged your phone is without having to turn it on. It also has a long cord to go with it so you can easily move it around. The wireless option is also great where you can use it without the cord and it just runs on its battery. Overall, it is super compact and a great charger.

I like the button placement and layout the best
I like how the charge port is on the bottom because there is another one similar to this but I prefer this one’s layout because of the charging port, and all the lights to indicate how much charge it has and the power button are all in the same place. The only downside is that it can’t charge 15W.

Love this battery pack
Love this wireless magnetic battery pack. It even holds well and charges well thru my phone case. Very pleased with this. Has worked great for our days out on the boat and our all day trips to the amusement parks where it is difficult to charge a phone.

don’t waste your money on this
bought this through the apple website and for $60 i thought id be getting a good product. this powerbank not only charges extremely slow but also overheats itself and my phone. if i’m using my phone while using the product, the percentage goes down instead that’s how slow it charge even tho it’s advertised as fast charging. i wish i could get my money back but unfortunately the return policy is quite short.

I wasn’t sure, but I love this
This charger is super handy to have in my purse. It’s not heavy. Chargers super fast. Very convenient to have in my bag since we’re always on the go. The only issue I have is my phone case is so big I have to take it off to charge it.

I really enjoy this portable charger. It charges a wide variety of different devices, including my earbuds and my cell phone. It is able to fully charge my phone and still have a little extra juice to help out my watch or your buds on the go. It charges pretty quickly on its own and is light and durable for your every day.

Extremely useful
This power bank is such a help. It charges my phone really fast when I’m not at home. The stand is just the cherry on top. I use the stand all the time and it is a great combination with the power bank. Love the 2-in-1!

Never Belkin again
This powerbank is really bad. It charges really slow and overheats so even my IPhone 15 Pro stops charging because it is overheated from the battery.
What is even worse is Belkin support. Asked a question about the overheating in FAQ and got response that I should contact support. Contacted support for Europe/Sweden by chat and no matter what I type the bot asks if I want to register a screen protector. When I finally should get to a real person it says that it is closed despite being in the middle of the day and within their opening hours. They ask me to call an American number which wiould be too expensive.
Never Belkin again.

Wonderful!
This battery lasts long and is so efficient. You get almost 20 hours of charge off of one battery. That’s amazing! Belkin has always been a trusted name in electronics for me. Just snap on your phone and it it even has a kickstand.

Love this!
I absolutely love this Belkin magnetic wireless power bank and stand! I didn't realize how much I needed this till i had it. It is compact enough to fit in my purse and take it with me wherever I go.. I love that it magnetically connects to my phone for no slipping and sliding around. You can even stand it up and continue watching a show or whatever you want to do with it!

Good charger for on the go
The cordless charger does its job and charges. It did pick up through my case, but the magnet does not work unless you have it out of the case. It does not charge any faster than having your phone plugged in, so for me the charger would be of need only in a pinch when I'm out and about and can't plug in. The charger comes with a charging cord, but it is one of the new charging receptors and does not have the actual piece that goes into the wall outlet. So unless you have one of the most recent versions of a the plugs used for electronics, you will need to get a new adapter to fit the cord. The charging bank works, but for me it is only for extreme circumstances

Thick and slow
Guys it has to be discontinued, its way too thick, others make like 6-8mm, how much do you guys have? Inch?) Its crazy in 2026 even for free. I think you need to maintain brand identity as modern, innovative and high quality, but when you sell such old products you can be considered as antient-tech overpriced company that was a legend in the past and have only bleeding name now. You need to go forward and leave the past, wish you all the best, your fan from 2016
