Watch charger doesn’t work.
This is our second charger purchase. After less than a year the watch charger no longer works. Iphone charger still works Needless to say we are not pleased.

Doesn’t Last. Breaks with no warning.
I am now on my second broken Belcon charging stand. The first one, the MagSafe that attaches to the iPhone completely broke off the stand. They replaced that one with no issue. They sent me a replacement and now a year later that one is completely powerless I’ve tried everything it will not work. They will not replace it because I don’t have the receipt who keeps a receipt for three years they’re talking about a two year warranty while I’m talking about the replacement product not the original. Horrible customer service they have all the dates but they don’t keep the receipt on file when you do a return the first time It’s a great charger. It just doesn’t last if you wanna charge for that last for six months, this is your baby. If you look at both of my chargers, there is not a scratch. They still have the original plastic on them. They are immaculate.

Earbud 3 do not charge
The plug is huge. I want to plug it in next to my bed behind a dresser. Now the dresser sticks out too far! Also it doesn't charge my AirPods 3 case. The charge light does not go on when I place my phone and/or watch on the pedestals but does charge the iphone16 and my series 10 watch. It was a gift and now I have to ask for the shopping details to return it.

Do not buy this product! My charger randomly stopped working. For something at this price point, you would expect it to last longer. Very disappointed.

TRASH PRODUCT. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The build quality of this product is absolute trash, and the customer service is even worse.
The first unit failed after about one year — the Apple Watch charger simply stopped working. I contacted support and was issued a replacement.
That replacement then failed again after just a few months. When I contacted customer service again, I was forced to spend over 1.5 hours uploading photos, verifying information, and jumping through unnecessary hoops, only to be told at the end that this case “requires escalation” because it is my second replacement.
So let me be clear: I wasted 1.5 hours of my time just to be told “we need to escalate.” This is unacceptable. Repeated product failures combined with a slow, bureaucratic, and incompetent support process make this a terrible customer experience from start to finish.
Trash product. Trash service.

Dont like the phone charger
It takes forever to charge my iphone 16. But the watch and airpod chargers are fine. But I guess phone charger matters the most

Function and Form!
I absolutely love this charging station. It’s sleek, sturdy and the magnet function is strong. Strong enough that I can turn my phone landscape and watch shows while I am getting ready or working. I’ve tried many other stands for my watch/airpods/phone and none come close to this. Everything charges at the appropriate speed for the device and it looks great on my dresser. There are definitely cheaper options out there. But in my experience they end up in the trash. This is worth the money for quality design and product that will last. 10/10 Belkin!

Don’t give as a gift
Loved the produce when it worked, was convenient and charged quick… however…it stopped working entirely after about a year and Belkin won’t do anything unless you have the receipt so I’ll be getting a new one from a different company. I had the receipt for probably 6 months too, shame on me.

Not a bad stand but poor quality. Charging cable frayed with normal use. Sorry, this part should never fail. Of course, no replacement is available on their website.

Does not work! I ordered directly and paid more than I could have hoping for quality. It stopped working within a few months. I went through the (not easy) steps of having it replaced. The customer service person at the time told me they had a problem and it had not been fixed yet but they would send me another. Now it has stopped charging my apple watch. I reach out again and they will not help me because I don't have a receipt. I know they have it in the system but at this point am too busy to deal with their hoops to just get another bad product.

Bought it as a gift for my husband, and he loved it so much that he bought another one for the living room. Very high quality, quick charging, and it has the option to charge with the phone case on. Loved it.

Save yourself time and money.
Honestly the product was decent. I bought two, but then found them on sell at a store . So when I called to see if they can price match they said No. So then I started the process to return and still had to pay out of pocket to return with usps. Annoying honestly it’s better to buy something better a local store .

Why we can't have nice things
This charger worked great...until 15 days after the warranty was up. Despite the sleek form factor and effective design this charger has been reduced to nothing but a paper weight. With a pricetag of $120 I could have bought 3 magsafe chargers from apple and still had the ability to charge my phone. BEWARE! While this product may look good on a desk, it won't last. Will be looking elsewhere for future purchases and suggest you save the headache and do the same.
