Solid, well made charger
The charger is well made and nice looking. The rubber circles provide plenty of grip to avoid devices sliding. The charging indicator lights are great to check that the device is charging and to confirm that is is placed on the charger correctly. Does everything you'd expect a dual charger to do.
It does come with the plug (shown in picture), it is not USB. There is no additional USB plug on the charger.

Does not function to the Belkin reputation.
Pro: Good Design. Dual charge. Simple.
Con: the charge point is narrow on each pad. It eliminates the drop factor of 'drop pad' charging. I bought it and after attempting 10 times. only 1 of 10 full charged. When it connects, wirelessly qi charging, the charge does not continue beyond 4 minutes.
Disappointing for the Belkin brand.

Does not work with cases
This charger does not work through either my, or my wife's phone cases. The light turns on white when you put the phone on, then after a few minutes, it turns orange (fault). On my phone, it will sometimes take 15 minutes before faulting, then make contact again. I listened to my phone while in bed, beeping every 10-15 minutes for an hour (loosing connection), until I got up and plugged the phone in. The description says works with most cases, well... it sort-of doesn't work with 2 cases. Everybody uses a case on their phone. This product should be designed to work with all cases.

Great while it lasted
I received this as a gift last Christmas. Worked great until today when I tried to charge two phones at the same time. It charged for about 10 minutes then both lights went out. Tried unplugging for an hour or so. Plugged it back in and tried one phone. Could not get the phone to charge. No lights on the unit. So it was a good unit but only lasting 6 months is kind of sad.

Great multiple wireless charging device!!!
I purchased this charger to wirelessly charge multiple iPhones and AirPod pro, it did not disappoint!!! When I placed my iPhone 11 Pro on the charger it immediately started charging quickly so that I was on my way to a fully charged phone in great time. The great part is you can do this with 2 iPhones charging at the same time!!! It will charge a iPhone and AirPods at the same time as well very quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the charger and very durable for a family to use along the way. I am going to buy another for more opportunities to charge quickly and wirelessly!!!! Thank you Belkin for making a great wireless charging device!!!

It works but isn't great
There are a couple things with this that make me question the quality. This charger seems to not allow for some of the silicone cases I use on my devices, even though they charge on all my other wireless chargers, this one won't charge. Also, one side of the charger emits a very high pitch buzzing sound, although quiet, that is noticeable when that side is in use. The charger works find for devices without cases even the side that buzzes, but I think I would look elsewhere next time.

Completely unreliable charging on multiple devices. Purchased from Costco for my wife and wouldn’t work consistently on any of her devices - same for mine. Had good experiences with previous Belkin products, but this one has never worked as advertised, not even once - very disappointing. Appears that most negative reviews are for exactly the same reasons as mine.

Dual Charging!
I have been very happy using the Dual Charging Pad. We keep this on the end table between the two couches in our living room. When we have people over it is nice to provide two charging spots within arms reach. You could always have two separate chargers, but outlets near the seating is always at a premium, so this helps to alleviate that issue as well. Charging is fast and easy!

It did not live up to the expectations.
I recently bought the this charger too charge my iPhone and Airpods pro whilst I work. After hearing great reviews about Belkin all the way from Belgium (I am in South Africa), I though lets give it a shot. Unfortunately it does not work as one thinks it will. It constantly disconnects when trying to charge the Airpods with a iPhone. It seems to work fine when you only have one or the other charging. The Airpods will charge for about 15 - 20 minutes before it starts disconnecting or show the orange light on the charge pad. For the price point and consumer confidence it does not seem to stack up. Unless there is some fix for this I would avoid buying this particular charger.

Charges Fast and Really Convenient
I'm extremely happy with this product. I can charge my iPhone and AirPods at the same time. The phone doesn't seem sensitive to position on the charger. The unit feels really sold. As with other products from Belkin, the charging brick is too big and uses a round connector to the base. I would prefer a USB-C connection.

Drop factor is still here
after several charges, I thought that I bought a low-quality fake charger but after I noticed the same bugs with other buyers' products I changed my mind. When AirPods pro is charged it often loses the charging signal and then re-connects again and again so my AirPods box sounds the connections' signal again and again therefore I had to switch it off. And of course the charging is much longer because of this.

No more waiting
Wireless charging pads are really convenient way to charge your device. If you're like me and have two devices (an iPhone and AirPods) it's annoying to need to wait for one to finish before charging the other. With the Dual Wireless Charging Pads, I'm able to charge both at the same time without the hassle of any extra wires.
Like with all Qi chargers, you have to carefully position your phone. The Dual Wireless Charging Pads have two visible lights on the top. Look for a white light to make sure your device is charging properly. If you get no light, or an orange light. Then your device isn't placed correctly and isn't charging.
My only complaint is that this isn't powered via USB. This comes with an AC adaptor with a barrel plug. A single USB wire doesn't provide enough power to charge two devices at the same time.

Poor detection
In my experience, this is NOT a good product. I do not know why sometimes is NOT charging my phone. You have to make sure the light does not turn yellow. The point of having a wireless charging pat is to just place your phone and expect to be charged when you pick it up. With this wireless charging pad, YOU HAVE to make sure the light does not turn yellow after been white. I will not recommend this product.

Does what it promises but could be better
PROS
? Wireless charging - this is my first wireless charging pad and the convenience is certainly nice;
? Two spots - the more the merrier, though it might be limited to phones only which might limit you to placing this in a spot where you can share with others.
CONS
? Wall wart - it's bulky, it cannot sit flush behind furniture, and extends to the left of the prongs which takes up space in my particular surge protector;
? Device compatibility - note sure if it specified anywhere what devices it is compatible with. I keep this on my nightstand and place my iPhone and AirPods Pro—the phone has no problems but the AirPods occasionally trigger an amber light and there's nothing in the manual to indicate what this means. The AirPods still fully charge so it's primarily a nuisance but there is a possibility they don't specifically support the AirPods.
? Slight hum - this is my first charging pad so maybe they all have a hum to them. Regardless, the sound can be heard in the quiet of the night.

Looks and feels like a premium product
There is not much to say about wireless charging, it just works. Like all wireless charging pads, you have to make sure you center your device on the pad to make sure you get full charging rate.This one works as advertised and charges my iPhone at its maximum rate while also charging the AirPods Pro case. It also looks better sitting on my desk than many of the others I've seen.

Great when 2 people need the juice!
This product is great and really does charge my iPhone 12 Pro very quickly even through the case. So far my only complaint with this charger is the size of the plug, it was a little difficult fitting in my surge protector along with all the other devices that are connected to it. Other than that this really is a nice product, especially if you have a need for charging multiple devices at once (like me with a work and personal phone).

iPhone gets very hot on this charger
iPhone 14 gets very hot on this charger. Tried using for at least two weeks. Tried doing only one phone at a time. Gets very hot no matter what I do, well before the phone is charged. It is not the right specifications for the iPhone, and it is completely unusable.

Love the dual charging pads!!
I own a living room set that has a USB port and two 110V plugs. For some reason I have been unable to charge two phones simultaneously until trying the Belkin Boost Charge Dual Wireless Charging Pads. The pads work extremely well even with my family's iPhone cases protecting the phones. The rubber on the pads keep the phones from slipping off the charger and are soft to the touch.

Charger disconnects
I've bought this because of a good past experience with Belkin, but this product doesn't function properly.
I've tried a few time to charge an iPhone 13 Pro (with and without cover).
On initial positioning the light turns white and seems to charge, but very soon the light turns orange and charging stops.

A good charger with a major issue
I like the size and ability of this charger. It fits nicely on the desk and is easy to locate the charging pads. It seems to charge pretty quickly, too. However, I ran into one major issue with it: it makes incessant little high-pitched beeps. They are quiet but audible enough that in a silent room it will drive you crazy. I'm not sure if my unit is just flawed, but I can only use this unit in places such as my kitchen where I'm going to drop off a device to charge and walk away. I couldn't handle it on my work desk. Hopefully it's just an issue with my unit, but without knowing if this is the case, I wouldn't recommend buying this for a desk or quiet workplace.

This charger is not working. I thought these were great products. I purchase for my upcoming trip and tried charging my phone to test it out and see how fast it charges. I see a yellow light but my phone does not charge.

Great small wireless charger
This product is a great dual wireless charger. As with all wireless chargers you have to figure out where to set it down on the charger to line it up with the coils but after that period you can charge any device with Qi wireless charging. I would highly recommend this product. It charges all of my devices faster than expected too!

I purchased this product in February for our iphone13 pro and pro max. I have trusted Belkin products since I first purchased my iphone 3g back in the day, but this one is the pits! As other reviewers mentioned, you sit your phone on the charger, and after a minute or so the light turns orange and it stops charging. I contacted support and and all they will do is send me a replacement, which I know will be equally bad. This is infuriating but I will continue to contact them until I have a resolution. The design of the product is flawed. Save yourself the trouble and purchase something else.

Both areas of the charger don’t hold its charge for iPods and iPhone 11 at same time. I originally bought this charger for my wife with an iPhone 12. The charge pad didn’t work whatsoever on the iPhone 12. Only charges iPhone 11 and before models.

Nice slim design
We have a couple wireless chargers in our home but having the dual charging station is very nice. Having recently gotten AirPods I can now charge them right next to my phone.
The design is very slim and sleek. I love the way it looks. The charger block is on the larger size so I couldn't put it exactly where I wanted to, but not a huge deal.
If you're going to buy a wireless charger, get one that can charge two devices like this one! Belkin has always been reliable and known to make quality products.

Best wireless charger yet
I have used other wireless chargers, and found them very convenient to use, but the others had to be placed just right or they wouldn’t charge this is not the case with this one. You place it down and it charges. The charging time is very quick and you can charge two devices at the same time. You can charge you phone and earbuds. The only thing I miss is there is no way to charge my watch, that would be a great added feature. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable charger.

It charges, but not fast
First time I used it, I set my iphone 13 mini and and Galaxy s7 Edge. The galaxy charged relatively fast, but slower than when I use a cable. The iphone did not charge completly after 3 hours charging. So, I tough, it might be I charged two phones at the same time and also the iphone had a case. so, the second time I only charged the iphone 13 mini and removed the case. It has been over 3 hours and the phone charged from 22% to 85%, this is a very slow charge. Not sure if I will use to charge my iphone anymore, and if I could return it, I would.

Disappointing
I was excited when I stumbled upon this charger at the store. I had been looking for a dual charger to use with my work phone and personal phone. This would fit the bill perfectly and eliminate a small portion of a rats nest of cords on my desk. Unfortunately, it does not do the one this it was hired to do. It connects fine and will show that it is charging both devices. However, within minutes, it will stop charging one side or the other. I usually charge my phones at night so I will wake up to start the day with a fresh and fully charged device. Unfortunately, more often than not, I end up with partially charged devices and have to find a charger through the day. This lack of reliability is not what I have come to expect from Belkin.

Belkin dual charger for ip13
Users should center the back with the platform. See to it that the white led is on and not orange led or else it will drain the battery on the phone. Had couple of drained battery while on the charger. Saw it was orange led after a long night in the charger.. had to reposition my phone. I havent timed the belkin charger to my original apple plug in yet so i dunno if the belkin charged way more faster than the plug in

YOU NEED THIS!
I LOVE all my Belkin products, but this one is a MUST have in our house. With 3 phones and 3 Air Pods, we were fighting over the wireless charger that we had in the living room. I'd go to get my phone and find it laying to the side so my husband could charge his Air Pods....it was frustrating. We didn't have the perfect place to plug in multiple chargers. This solves the problem! It charges two devices at once! PERFECT! I like that is has two lights on top (one for each side), so I can make sure each device made contact. When a device makes good contact and is charging, the light pops on. I charged mine with a plastic case on it, and it charges just fine...no need to remove the case. I am the second person to write a review, and the first person who wrote a review gave it a one star because it doesn't charge a watch. I've always said you should have to take an IQ test before you are allowed to write a review. Apple Watch does not support wireless charging, and that is an APPLE issue, and not a Belkin issue. Belkin sells many devices that will charge a phone and an Apple Watch at the same time, so add that one to your cart too!

I’ve been using this charger for a few months now, and really enjoy it. Unlike other chargers that are finicky about device alignment with the charger, this one is very forgiving & flexible for where I locate my iPhone 12 Pro Max, or AirPods case – or, because of the clever design, both at once!

Cool Concept
My husband and I used to use a double wall charger to charge my iPhone and my husband's Samsung, which led to a ton of cables and a mess on the counter. This lets us both charge our phones while keeping everything neat and tidy. Also works out great when traveling - we just through this thing in the suit case and plug it in at our destination - no more worrying as to whether we packed the right cables for both phones.

Review after a year of uses
I have woken up many time realizing that my phone was not charged about 50% of the time for over a year. This is because it takes around 60 seconds for it to indicate there is an issue and then turns yellow/orange and I rather not stare at this thing for 60 seconds every time I go to bed to make sure that it is charging. This product has cause me a ton of head aches over the year and wish I never bough this device.
Don't know if I can recommend Belkin products if they are similar to the construction as this dual wireless charger.

Great product, fast charging could be better
I received the Boost Charge Dual Wireless Charging Pads and was amazed at the compact size and weight of it. My iPhone 12 ProMax was able to charge with the case on the phone which is great. The connection area is tricky at times but the light lets you know you are on the right spot. More spacing would make this excellent for larger devices.

This charger solved my charging issues
I was very excited when I found this this charger. After all my searching for a wireless charger that can do multiple phones I found this charger to meet my initial needs. Once I got the charger out of the box and plugged it in I found that it exceed my requirements. I was looking for a dual charger since it seems like my wife and I are always fighting over the the single puck charger when we come home. No more arguments over who has more charge.
A few things stood out to me that sweetened the deal beside the obvious duel charging. When I removed it from the box I instantly notice the build quality. The charge base feels very solid and well constructed and I love the rubber grips on the underside which grip nicely to my countertop so it stays put. Another highlight for me was the simple fact it comes with an actual plug and not a USB A to micro USB or USB C fitting so I don’t have to provide yet another wall plug-in for a devise. To me it makes the charger feel more polished and complete. It’s all about the details. These are my favorite reasons for loving this charger, first the fact that when the phone is charging you get a green notification light on the charger saying it’s charging. I know your phone will tell you too but this is a welcome feature that I didn’t have before. The best feature is the rubber rings on the top of charge deck that not only tell you exactly where to place your phone it actually grips the phone or case and prevents accidental movement or slipping. That was a problem with my wife's phone case since it’s a hard plastic case. All my little issues solved.

Does not charge
I didn't read reviews prior to purchase but have the same issue as others are having. I trusted this brand to be one of the better ones.
White light when device is put on the charger, says charging but within seconds the light turns orange & does not charge device. It sometimes works & gives a fully charged phone but most days we are waking up to a completely dead phone.

Great Size and Features
I particularly love this wireless charging pad because it allows me to wirelessly charge two oversized smartphones at the same time and has a USB slot in the back for my watch charging cable (saves on extra plugs and wall outlets!). Well thought out design and great materials used in manufacturing.

Great way to charge two devices at once.
I own several wireless chargers, I have them at home, at work, etc. and some are better than others. This one is really solid, I can charge my iPhone 11 and my AirPods Pro at the exact same time with ease using this charger. I have it on my nightstand and it does not produce an overwhelming light like some other chargers do. Each side has a simple white light that illuminates to let you know the device is properly on the charging area, just enough for confirmation, but not distracting at all. Really solid, slim product that meets my needs well.

Dual charger saves space
My wife just loves this charger. We use to have two wires running up our table. Looked messy! Now just one. Works great, fast changing.

Fast and accurate
This is a great dual charger for mine and my wife’s phones. It has two lights that illuminate white for charging so you know if the phones are positioned correctly. Lights glow amber if misaligned. One light for each phone. So far it has not missed a charge after several days of testing. The lights are not too bright so it’s fine on my night stand. It’s thinner than my previous single charger and overall well designed and portable. Charges at 10W pretty fast without overheating. I always charge overnight and I like the idea of the charge stoping when topped off.

Unreliable - keeps erroring
Like a lot of others I’m unimpressed with this product. Got it for Xmas with some apple AirPods to charge my iPhone 12 mini. First night the light kept switching from white to orange and I couldn’t figure out what it meant but I thought it was ok because the AirPods light shows orange when it needs charging - phone flat next morning.
Second night it kept changing from white to no light to white and phone charged ok.
Third night it was white when it out it on but next morning light was orange and phone flat - so I started reading the reviews to figure out what I was doing wrong
Fourth night I made sure I had it all lined up and positioned correctly, got a white light and it stayed that way for a bit but next morning it was orange again and phone on 50%
Final try last night, I took my phone case off, put on charge, got the white light ok - this morning the light was orange again
Very disappointed in this product

Perfect for multiple devices with one minor thing
The Dual wireless charging pad is a great addition to our home! While my wife and I both have separate wireless charging stands on our nightstand, this one is in our kitchen to provide charging during dinner or on late afternoons to make sure we have enough juice to get to the end of the day and we don’t have to fight for who gets to charge their phone because we can charge them both at the same time!
It’s also helpful after a run to put the AirPods into their case and charge them without needing to go upstairs.
The actual charging surface is low profile and doesn’t take up much room. If you were doing a remodel to you kitchen I would try to get this into a drawer with an outlet!
The one thing I don’t like it the large wall plug. It ruins the sleek slim profile of the charging pad by being this large plastic piece plugged in. I get the feeling that the designers of this SAE it as sitting on a nightstand and that the wall plug would not be visible. I get that the power to rapid charge 2 devices probably required a bigger plug but it’s just so big and ugly.
Overall it’s a great product, I just wish the plug was smaller. And if you are buying this for a nightstand or drawer where the plug is hidden then look no further, this is what you need to buy!

DON’T BUT THIS CHARGER
I would give it no stars if I could … it is terrible to line up phone to get it to start charging, if you are lucky enough to manage it the phone takes ages to charge and the phone and charger get really hot ! Which can’t be a good thing ??? It is very easy to move the phone slightly while on the charger so it is then not charging … extremely frustrating when you come back later expecting it to be charged and its not ! DON’T BUY THIS CHARGER

Sleek design. Doesn't go through case
I personally could not use this b/c it does not go through a regular silicone case. Tried it on my wife's iPhone 11 with her case and it did not charge. Tried it with my iPhone 12 Pro with leather case and a Qual Lock adapter and it did not charge. It charged only when the bare phone was on it and for us, it just isn't enough.
The design is very nice. It looks and feels "Belkin". Sleek, durable, solid, well made. The size is good. Not too big.

Good at what it does, but limited features.
I was really looking forward to using this product on a nightly basis as I thought it would eliminate the numerous chargers I have on my nightstand. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the device, I discovered that it would only charge cell phones and would not charge my headphones or my watch. On top of that, while it was advertised that it would work through a case, it was unable to charge my phone while in it’s case.
Documentation received with the device also did not do a good job of explaining the different lights that display.

Worked well, but not for long :-(
I purchased this for when I started working from home and needed to change my personal phone and work phone. Worked great for 8 months and then just died one day. Tried to reach out to support on chant but nobody is ever available at least on UK time. Hopefully writing here will get a response.

Great product for those with multiple Qi devices
Received this charging pad about a month ago and I've been very happy with it. I've had no issues with it and it has worked with all Qi based devices I have. I've found it to be a perfect bedside device - sitting on my nightstand - since I can easily charge my phone at night as well as my AirPods.
Haven't done any traveling (thanks Covid) but this will definitely find its way into my bag next time I do. For me this sort of device is perfect for travel since it's compact and can charge 2 devices at once.
The charging pads are capable of 10w power deliver to devices however this is limited to 7.5w with iPhones. However this seems to be a limitation which Apple has imposed and isn't due to the product. Perhaps a future model could support 10w+ power delivery by incorporating MagSafe now that Apple has reintroduced it.
The quality of the product is good though I do wish it were a little heavier. Mainly because it would give it a better 'feel' but there is nothing wrong with it as is. Maybe this is just personal preference.
The price is definitely right for what you get since the power cable (brick) is included. I've purchased a few Qi based chargers over the last couple years and many of them don't come with brick. Or if they do the price effectively doubles.
All in all it's a very solid product which I've been pleased with. So much so that I'm looking at purchasing a 2nd one for my wife to use

Great for phones. Not great for Airpods
I bought this a week ago- I looks much better than the bulky charging station I had prior. It charges my cell phones quickly, but it cannot read or find my Airpods. I confirmed they are a supported version. This may have to be returned unfortunately.

Very pleased with this product. The charging pads don't require your phone to be perfectly lined up in a specific way which is a great improvement to wireless charging.

Works Well for Two Phones
Have had this unit for a couple of weeks and I am pleased with its performance. We have a couple of iPhone X’s in cases (leather and plastic) and this charger handles them both, and at the same time. Would not say that this is a rapid charging unit, but seems to charge a nearly depleted phone in a couple of hours or so.

Love it!
This dual wireless charging pad has been very useful. I love the fact that it helps keep all of the cords at a minimum and keeps everything so clean looking, even when being able to charge 2 devices at once. It works great and charges pretty fast. It charges my iPhone faster than the traditional plug-in charger. The only thing you have to watch out for is when you put your phone down, you need to make sure it is in the right position to charge. I have had to adjust my phone to make the charging connection when I first place my phone on the charger. Overall, the charger works great.

Works Great!.. For About 8 Months
Like many of the other reviews, this is an amazing product! I would frequently charge multiple devices every night. However, after about 8 months one day it stopped charging devices. I try plugging it into different outlets and power sources and it won't light up. It just stopped working all together. It is a bummer, you'd think for a device like this for its price it would last longer.

Only works sometimes. When the phone (iPhone 12 mini) is placed on the pad the white light comes on but 50% the time it will turn yellow after a minute or so. When I expect to pick up a charged phone it is lower than when placed on the pad.

Poor reliability
Just bought this item at Costco, it doesn’t fullly charge iPhone all the time, and if I leave the phone overnight it starts to drain the battery even if it was charging, for example I would connect it to my iPhone 13 in 20 ,imputes it would go from 10% to 22% I would go to sleep and in te morning se it either dead or at 5%
This item is of poor reliability, many people are mentioning similar comments in other review. Better stay away from this if you want to avoid over circling your phones battery.

Impossible to get it to even charge
This charger is super disappointing. Due to the longer design of the charger, the camera bump on my phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max/14 Pro Max) comes into contact with the charger, pushing the phone upwards, thus removing contact between the actual phone and the wireless charger. This charger is very poorly designed and does not work.
