Great product
This is not like any other surge protector that I’ve had. It’s very easy to use. It protects my phone chords. It lets you know if it is safe to plug in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Just What We Needed!!
We were in need of a new surge protector since half the outlets on our current one quit working. I guess we were due anyway since ours was 13 years old. I did some research and ended up going with the Belkin International 8 Outlet Surge Protector with 6 foot power cord. The new unit was smaller and fit better behind our TV stand. It had more than enough outlets...even 1 to spare. It is working just as expected. I am going to get another one for our home office.

Good protector
This surge protector is reliable and appears to be well-made. I really appreciate the 8 foot cord's reach because it covers a lot of ground. Because of its modest profile, it is simpler to tuck beneath furniture. I particularly appreciate that it has two locations that can hold larger charging blocks. I recommend this product to anyone who needs a quality, cost-efficient item that also provides flexibility in placement. The Perfect Extension Outlet!
This really is the perfect extension outlet, fits nicely behind my desk. I have a ton of equipment & devices plugged in around my desk so the surge protection is incredibly important. I haven't had any issues as all which is a life saver. I also love the spacing of the outlets so I'm able to plug in everything to this one extension versus needing multiple. Highly recommend.

The thunder storms we just had put this surge protector to the test and it performed like it should have. The power kept going on and off with lots of lightning strikes and my computer and monitors are still working flawlessly. It's very easy to plug electronics in to this surge protector with space for larger outlets. Overall a very good surge protector.

Heavy duty
I’m not going to lie I’m a clumsy and drop everything. Thus far I have dropped this product multiple times moving it around and there isn’t a scratch or chip anywhere. I haven’t been able to test the surge protection and I hope I never do but everything works as it should and I am pleased!!!!

Solid surge protector
It's a good surge protector that's well-designed. It has a couple of outlets for block plugs, which helps with avoiding blocking other outlets and the plug on the power cord is "flat" which is perfect for having it plugged in behind my couch and not forcing the couch from the wall. Only concern is with the power switch, which feels a bit flimsy. Not sure if that's part of the surge-protecting and making it possible to shut off as a surge happens, but feels a little extra loose. Otherwise, a great surge protector for my electronics in the family room.

Good quality and great protection!
I have been working from home since the pandemic began and I’ve been using those smaller 3 plug in extension chords for my work equipment. From time to time they give out and I have to find another. I’m really excited to be using belkin now because it is by far the best Quality. It has 8 different sections for plugs. My favorite part is the side plugs that allows for a bigger more brick type plug to be connected. I have children that do homeschool and this surge protector allows for us to have the pencil sharpener, laptop, and my own work items plugged in at the same time without having to find the standard plugs on the wall to have everything all at once. The power switch helps because it prevents accidental shutdowns. The chord is thick but I can appreciate the plug itself because it is low profile and fits nicely behind any desk. I have no complaints!

The welkin 8 outlet is a very nice design its solidly made even the cord is very heavy duty makes for a better current draw. i have had many surge strips but none of them were very good even had one catch on fire. so it had no protection the breaker on it didnt even work. This i am sure will always work properly and not have any issues, i like plugs fit nice and snug into the strip and the plug itself is very heavy duty. It has a 6 foot cord which is great because you can put it where its most convenient to use it, I would recommend this for its a great value and great protection for your electronics,,,A $1000.000 dollar commercial equipment warranty included which i dont think anyone could beat that.Its very easy to use i think anyone could use this.

This Belkin International 8 outlet Surge Protector has a 6 ft Power Cord with Telephone Protection. I have it connected in my living room with all of my gaming system. The other day there was a power outage when I was out and I was worried about my game system. When I got home everything was fine. I'm actually content with this outlet protector because it actually did it's thing and Ill be getting another one. I highly recommend it.

Will not work with 220-110V step down transformer
In the States it worked fine. I took it to Europe, but the moment it is plugged in to a 220V-110V step down transformer it trips a fuse in the house main. Nothing is connected to the Surge Protector.
I connect it to the 110V transformer outlet. The transformer is a real 1500W transformer (not a switching type). All appliance, including computers, electric motors and heaters work fine when connected to that transformer.

Great for My Office!
This Belkin 8-outlet Surge Protector with 6 Foot Power Cord with Telephone Connection holds a high capacity of electronics and is perfect for my office at the fire department I work at. I was able to plug in all devices that I need to function - my computer, phone, radio scanner, and printer - with plenty of room to grow. Unlike my former surge protector, this one has jacks for my telephone connection as well. This will help prevent damage to the phone lines in case of power outages or surges. I live in a rural, coastal community in the PNW, and it is not uncommon in the winter to have multiple power outages. I recommend this surge protector by Belkin.

Works exactly as expected
Every surge protector in my home is a Belkin for good reason. An overlooked factor on surge protectors are the placement of the plugs, and with this outlet, you have 2 plugs separated from the group for bulkier chargers to fit like a laptop or phone charger. Usually you have to rearrange and even lose a socket or two because bulky chargers take up too much room...well, this Belkin tries to help mitigate that. Overall, you have 8 outlets to choose from and installation is as simple as it gets. Unbox and plug it in. We haven't had any power surges yet, so I can't speak to that effectiveness, but with my other Belkin's, I've never had a device damaged.

Belkin is a great brand - one annoyance though
This Belkin International surge protector is terrific for use at my "charging station" especially since it has a built in phone protection. It allows up to 8 items although spacing is a bit tight which means some may have to skip a space for larger plugs. Seems to work well but there is one complaint and that is the 6 ft power cord. On one hand, it's nice to not have "extra" cord hanging around getting in the way - we always seem to be fighting with cord control - on the other hand, six ft means it doesn't reach every location with ease. In my case, it's set on a special shelf 4 ft off the ground and plugged into the wall behind...it's perfect for that location but could be annoying in another area. Fortunately this comes in different length sizes. Overall very pleased and would return to Belkin as it's a good balance between quality and price.

Perfect for all my tech and entertainment
This is perfect for my living room where I have so many electronics that need to be plugged in. This is great for a gaming console, tv, DVD player, streaming stick, a TV, and a Chromecast with room to spare. The extra room is nice as some plugs can be bulkier than others. I like that I can slide this vertically against the wall to keep the bulk as thin as possible. It's nice looking and easy to access. Belkin makes products I trust. I use them for all my strips, and this one is their normal high quality. I'm slowly updating my house to have newer strips and this is perfect to get started. The cord is long enough for my TV that only has ports on the side farthest away from the outlet because my luck is terrible. With its reach, I have no issues having everything plugged in safely. I live in a State with extreme weather and we have a ton of blown power boxes. This absolutely keeps me free from worrying about whether or not my expensive electronics are going to be safe. I also appreciate that you can plug your laptop into this and not worry about the energy being too much when added. 10/10.

I wouldn't buy again
This outlet strip has the worst power button. It's very easy to turn off accidentally. This strip does not feel well made. I didn't give it one star because it does work.
