A must-have power bank for traveling and power out
This small, portable battery packs a large punch and is so convenient for traveling. I work from home mostly but there are times when I am required to work on the road and this power bank has come in handy many times. Not only does it charge laptops but it can also charge 2 other devices at the same time! It provides up to 16 hours of video playback for laptops so this is also a perfect tool for power outages. I love that it comes with a 2 year warranty as well as a connected equipment warranty.

Great charger. It has openings for usb as well as usbc. It takes a little while to charge, but it’s worth it. It charges my phone so fast and with multiple charges. It’s great as a laptop charger as well.

Sadly a poor experience with this product.
First time I have had a negative experience with a Belkin product. The powerbank starts charging and then restarts several seconds later. The charge power slowly ramps up before restarting again. The screen flickers every time this occurs. When connected to my macbook or iphone, the devices keep toggling between charging and not charging as the device restarts each time. The powerbank was also unable to put more than 15-20% back into my macbook before dying.
Sadly picked this device up whilst travelling through the airport and may struggle to return it. Stuck with a lemon till then.

This portable charger is so good! I love it. It not only charges my device to full but also does it so quickly. I am able to charge my phone and laptop multiple times before having to charge the power bank itself. I keep this on me at all times now!

Perfect for road trips
I received this product for free from Influenster and Belkin in exchange for my honest review. This power bank works great I was able to charge my MacBook Pro and my iPhone at the same time, it charged both at a good rate. I also love the display on the front that tells you the amount of battery life left and it’s fits in my purse perfectly . I’m happy to receive this product it’s going to be perfect for my upcoming trip, and will so helpful to be able to keep all my devices charged especially at the same time.

Excellent portable charger! The size is perfect...not too small but not too big. It is a little heavy though, but it's so nice to keep in my work bag for when I need a charge. My laptop had about 45% battery left and it was charged fully in about 30 minutes. The charger battery seems like it will be able to charge 3 or 4 times before it will need charged. Over all I love this portable charger and highly recommend it!

Charges my iPhone quickly and doesn’t use too much of the power bank. I have not tried it with my laptop because I’ll use it more for my phone. I have been wanting a portable power bank for a long time and this little workhorse is perfect!! I absolutely love the versatility in what I can charge with it and how quick it charges.

it is quite easy to have scratches on both sides, though easy to stay informed with a screen on the right top. highly suggest a matte finish instead of glossy type, so ugly with scratches on the sides

Pretty functional for its size
Pretty functional for its size. It has a big screen that shows digital battery percentage. Supposedly it can charge laptop which is a plus. Although I wasn't able to connect it with my Dell laptop because I needed the right wire connector, I was to charge my iPad with it for a reasonable time. For example, my iPad was down to 16% battery when I connected it to the power bank. It took approximately 2 hrs and 15 min for it to be fully charged and still have battery in the power bank. I find this to be a great usage for traveling long distance because of its 20K mAh. However, it is quite heavy which is typical for a power bank with 20K mAh. Note, the font to their quick start guide booklet is tiny making it difficult to read the instructions.

Good charger
This Belkin 3-port Laptop Boost Charger Power Bank 20k is a good gadget to have. I actually use an old laptop where my plug is loose and stopped charging fully so this little gadget has helped me to be able to keep my laptop battery charged and even charge my phone at the same time. I really like that it has a full color display to easily monitor the devices charging and it's compact for traveling.
The Power bank can charge laptops, phones and tablets with power delivery up to 65w. It can simultaneously charge 2 USB-C ports and a USB-A port. I recommend this charger. Gifted by Influenster for my review.

I love this charger because the battery lasts a long time and it can even charge 3 devices at the same time, 2 with the USB C input and 1 with the USB A input. This charger is not that heavy and is a good size to carry. It has good quality material and you can charge almost all devices.or just one thing this device doesn’t have a bottom to turn off or on.

They say they'll ship to Hawaii, but as soon as I put Hawaii in my shipping address, it refuses to let me continue. Their online 'chat help' is completely worthless. They couldn't even look at my order and their only suggestion was to try again later.

Do not buy : Rubbish charging protocol
Power bank trips and reset every time I do the following:
- activate the screen to check remaining power / charging time / output power
- switch between the screen to check remaining power / charging time / output power
- negotiating the correct PD power level
Customer service's advice for the above problem: "It's a feature not a bug, don't use the screen and it'll be fine". Went through 2 brand new units and all behaved the same. If they can't even make the charging protocol right, what else did they missed in the QC of the design phase?
