Great for office!
This surge protector is great for a home office. I'm currently a remote worker, and this is all that I need to get my office running. And on the plus side, it has a sleek design, which doesn't require much space at all. I also love the fact that it has a cable management clip to help keep things organized. I almost forgot to mention that it has 12 outlets. That itself is a great big plus as well. It's definitely user friendly.

Good surge protector
This surge strip comes with a phone/ethernet protection as well as the standard electrical connection. I don't know anyone who still uses phone jacks for phones, but its nice that it has the option. The size is appropriate for most spaces.

Generous outlet capacity but the cord wrap?
I really liked the generous outlet capacity of this unit along with the ethernet protection and as a whole surge protector. The unit allowed me to plug in lots of different size plug ins from the simple 3-prong to the big blocky plug in, you have to be creative and shift them all around to make it work for everything you need. I don't know about the cord wrap feature, I had problems trying to make it work to put the extra electrical cord left over from the generous 10ft length to not only be functional but nice looking. Having the cord wrap on the opposite end does not work for me and I suspect the cord wrap is only for storage of the unit when not placed into operation? I just used a velcro cord wrap to control the excess electrical cord.

Clean up the cord mess
This cleaned up the cord mess from my entertainment center in my living room. Cords from tv, sound bar, Blu-ray player, printer all in one place and this has a cord holder to strap all cords together. This is slim and fits in most area, has a 10 ft cord and 12 outlets with sliding lock covers to prevent curious toddlers from getting hurt. It has 3 jacks for phone lines and fax machines and coaxial inputs to protect your modem. Great product to protect electronics from power surges and tidies up your space as well

Quality Surge Protector with a Mounting Flaw
A quality Belkin product, despite an astonishing design flaw by such a mature company. The slotted keyholes on the back of the unit are upside down. Hanging the unit upside down puts the power cord at the bottom and the wire guides at the top. So, I mounted it right side up (power cord at TOP), by sliding it UP on my mounting screws (so they lock in) and then screwing a small, thin block of wood to the wall, at the lower end of the unit, to hold it up in that vertical position. Cable guide is now at the bottom, where it actually helps with wires!

I think every household in america needs to have one of these Belkin International - 12-Outlet Surge Protector Phone/Ethernet/Coax Protection, 10 ft. Cord in there House , I had some things that I needed plugged up to use all over my house now I can use this and have everything in one place , I love that I can charge mutitle things at one time and the 10 foot cord is awesome , We don't have many storms but if we do IT is nice to know that I am protecting my phones , laptops etc

Plug in everything!
This surge protector is fantastic. It is well laid out with outlets facing mulitple directions so you can plug all of those weird shaped plugs in without covering up all your other outlets. It's slim so it will fit under or behind your furniture and it works great.

Clamping Voltage Higher Than Specified, Returned
The online specs list a clamping voltage of 330 volts, which is excellent.
The surge protector I received had an actual clamping voltage of 400 volts, not 330 volts, and the box it came in listed the clamping voltage as 500 volts. I returned this surge protector and purchased a different brand that has an actual clamping voltage of 330 volts.

This is a beast of a power strip/surge protector. It's the largest one we have ever used. I attached it to my wall with industrial strength sticky strips that can be easily removed, instead of drilling into my wall to screw it in, we may need to reposition it or move it in the future. I was using 2 smaller power strips before I received this and this took their place. I feel more organized now, and it freed up a little space. There are 12 outlets to plug devices into, and there's plenty of room for larger ac adapters. The cable/cord management clip is very handy, keeps cords from getting messy and out of control. There are ethernet and Coax outlets, which we will be using in the near future. It's nice looking, it feels like it's made of a thick sturdy plastic but it looks great. I feel confident that the surge protection will protect my devices in a power surge event. I like it very much, I'm totally happy with it.

The features I really like about this surge protector are the spacing for the outlets you can use bigger sized plugs or smaller sized plugs and the fact that there are 12 of them makes it very helpful I use this in my office for all of my multiple devices and have had no issues with it. It is slim and functional and I wish I had another one

Great Surge protector
It works exactly as described. We had a very bad storm pass through and we lost power, it saved my tv. The design is slim not bulky. The 10 foot long cord allows me ability to move around to be hidden.

Garbage, because of chintzy ethernet wiring
Ethernet ports are wired for 10Base-T, which makes them utterly useless for modern networking equipment. Attached equipment warranty is void if you don't have everything connected through the surge protector, rendering the entire thing worthless.

Love the slim design
Finally a surge protector that isn't big and bulky. The slim design allows it to be easily hidden behind furniture. Multiple use protector ideal for my home office. Eliminate extra plugs with this all in one protector.
The slim right angle plug allows for use of the additional socket.
Printer plug fits perfectly.

Design flaws
Two very annoying design flaws: 1) The unit appears designed to be mounted vertically, with the supply power cord and on/off switch at the top and the coax jacks at the bottom. However, if you orient it this way, the keyhole slots on the back for mounting are upside down, meaning that the larger, opening part of those slots are at the top. 2) The labels for the which are the inputs vs. outputs for the phone and coax jacks are totally covered up by the plastic cable bundling arms at the (supposedly) bottom of the unit. You have to bend them up - to almost the point of breaking - to be able to read which are inputs vs. outputs. I can't yet comment on how well the unit protects against surges - and hope I never have to.

Perfect For Home or Office
Just moved into a new office with my new employer and got to say this made my move in not only easier but more efficient. Was able to hook up my computer, monitors, printer, phone charger and still have plenty of outlets for more. All in one easy location and now have plans to buy another one for my entertainment room at home!

Have to Have Protection
I was so pleased to get this surge protector, has plenty of outlets and its amazing that the size is just right for my needs. Everything a person needs is built into this surge protector. Every easy to hide (not that you would want to) the length is amazing. Belkin put a lot of thought into the design of this surge protector and the quality is perfection. I would definitely recommend this Belkin international 12-Outlet surge protector to everyone wanting reliable protection for their electronics. Allows me to feel protected from power surges.

I think this is one of the best surge protectors out there. With the convenience of 12 outlets there is plenty of room for all your more important electronics. In addition to all the outlets it also gives you the added protection of your coaxial and Ethernet plug ins. Included is a cord manager that helps keep all your cords from being an unorganized mess, also has built in safety plugs that help prevent children from tampering with them.

Good Power Strip
The Belkin power strip works well for multiple devices to operate. The cord is pretty thick but not stiff. It can accommodate 12 items all together. There are six plugs in the middle and three more on either side . It can be mounted onto the wall if desired. I did not have any issues using this power strip even when we had a power outage. My products were safe after resetting the breaker for everything to come back on.

I bought this just a little while ago but I've been using the belkin brand for years. I've used them for commercial server setups and home theaters, they are an integral part of any setup and has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment.

Wonderful surge protector
I have been wanting and looking for the perfect surge protector for quiet some time. This one fits the bill. It has 12 outlets , cable management attachment, two coaxial cable protection, RJ 45 ports to protect your Ethernet connection. I am absolutely head over heels in love with my new Belkin surge protector.

I started my daycare and this is what I desperately needed to have my computer, printer, cellular phone, and every other electronic gadget that I need , connected in one location. I was once without a surge protector, but now I’m covered in case of another storm, that knocks the power out.

Protects All Electronics
The Belkin surge protector gives me peace of mind because I love the brand and I know I can count on all my electronics to stay safe during a storm or any surge thru your house. I love that there are 12 outlets with plenty of space to plug everything in. Make sure you read the manual that comes with the product to ensure that it supports all of your electronics. I love the thinner sleek design and I love that you can hang it up for a cleaner look. There is also a cord separator on the end of the surge protector for a nice organized clean look. I love there is a green light that stays on so you know your electronics are safe. There is also a “not grounded” red light that will come on if something is wrong. I also love that there is phone, Ethernet and coax hookups and protection. The 10ft cord is also a plus. Overall, I love everything about Belkins 12-outlet surge protector and most of all, I love and trust the brand. I highly recommend to every household. It’s a must have.

I purchased 2 for work. They work great...except when mounting, found that the mounting holes were up side down. See attached photos.
As you can see in the attached pictures, this just does not make any sense!

We survived a major voltage spike
Thursday our facility had a major spike that knocked out every work-group printer. These had 20 AMP Manufacturer supplied surge protectors.which all failed. 70 computers were down. I bought one of these for our office. we had this strip and none of our computers were damaged. The strip protected all our electronics that were connected thru it! The strip "not grounded" light came on indicating it gave its life, BUT IT WORKED.
