Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll miss this charger I first bought this charger in a best buy for a plane trip and it was the best purchase I made. It's been with me everywhere from school trips to football games where my friend and i had to share on the bus ride to the dorm and I am dissapointed it's finally lost its use. I used it with my iphone 11 and than my iphone 15 when i switched over. It was able to last me around 1 and 1/2 full charges in it's prime but it did last me for around 2-3 years.

This power bank boostcharge takes a little more time to charge me mobile but still it good and portable. The size is good. It is now always in my bag. It can charge 3 devices at one time so kids are happy as their table is charged while traveling. I can charge while driving as it has USB- A to USB-C cable.

It comes with one USB-C port and two USB ports. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cord so you can charge/recharge the Power Bank. Belkin says a total of "15W of power is shared across all ports when used simultaneously" and that you can "recharge your smartphone for up to 40 hours of additional video playback". The power bank is slim and light. It's easy to pack for travel. I love that it has three ports because I can charge my phone and two backup lights at the same time without it getting hot. That comes in very handy! The indicator lights on the power bank make it easy to see how much charge is left in it. I can take my phone from 10% to 100% in the time of a short movie, and still have enough charge left to recharge my phone or charge my AirPods. It's not the fastest charge I've ever had but the amount of charge it holds offsets the time factor. My main complaint is that the included USB-A to USB-C cord is incredibly short. It's only 9" long and 6" from connector to connector. I can't use my normal charging spot to charge the power bank. I also wish that it had MagSafe so I could just pop it on the back of my phone, but the ability to charge more than one device at the same time still makes it a very valuable tool in my arsenal.

It is just the right size to slip into my handbag and go. I will definitelybe recommending this to everyone I know.

With two kids, phones, headphones, watches, and tablets constantly running low, this little power bank saves us all the time. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great power bank with serious ruggedness and long I've been using this charger for a few months now. I'm genuinely amazed at how many full charges it can perform. It charged my phone from 2% to 100% and still had 3 out of 4 battery level indicator lights on. Having a built-in battery level display is great, as is having multiple output ports. I don't even need to mention that you only need a single cable for this device. I'm used to carrying a short Micro USB cable (with a Micro USB to Lightning adapter), and I can charge almost everything! A portable power bank is very convenient, capable of fully charging a phone four times when the battery is low, ideal for domestic travel, day trips, places without power outlets, or even at home when you want to continue using your device without plugging it in. It's quite lightweight, compact, and takes about half a day to fully charge from a completely empty battery, but the benefits it offers outweigh these inconveniences. Finally, this device is REALLY durable. I've dropped it a couple of times (I'm quite prone to breaking things!) but it still works perfectly. The USB ports seem to be very securely fixed and reinforced, and the casing is very well made!

The charger is bulky and the cables are super short. Not practical for charging the power bank. I will stick with one of my other power sources

It charges fast and works for all brands of cell phones. But just way to big and heavy. Will be gifting it to a family member.

It isn't the flashiest or fastest on the market, but it’s incredibly reliable and slim enough to live in my bag 24/7. It’s roughly the same size as a smartphone (just slightly thicker), which makes it so much easier to carry than those bulky, brick-style chargers. It fits perfectly in a jacket pocket or a small crossbody bag. I love that it has two USB-A ports and one USB-C port. I can charge my phone, my AirPods, and a friend's phone all at the same time. The 10,000 mAh capacity is legit. I consistently get about 2.5 full charges for my iPhone, which is plenty for a long flight or a full day of sightseeing. Belkin is a big name for a reason—this comes with a Connected Equipment Warranty, which gives me peace of mind that it won't fry my expensive phone. The only real downside is the 15W max speed. It’s not 'blazing fast'—if you’re looking for a quick 30-minute top-up, it might feel a bit slow compared to high-speed PD chargers. It’s the perfect 'everyday' backup. It feels premium, it’s remarkably thin, and it just works when you need it.

It served its purpose out of the box, but the issue is with the charging, as others have stated. You can only use the supplied cable to charge the device, which makes absolutely no sense. It’s a USB-C which plugs into the unit, and a USB-A on the other end. I’m sure they made this decision either to save money on the production cost of the unit, or made the assumption that they could get additional revenue from cable purchasers once you lost the one supplied. This is one of my first Belkin products and based on this charge bank experience, it will probably be my last one.

This is entirely Belkins fault, and frankly I'd like an explanation from them. After using the Power Bank to flawlessly recharge my iPhone & watch over a two day camp, I then set about charging the power bank. I plugged it into my reliable Satechi power brick (which has 2x USB-C PD ports, and 2 USB-A ports). I plugged it in via usb-c (on both ends) using a good quality cable - It didn't charge. I changed ports (as one has a higher power rating than the other) - it didn't charge. I then used the supplied, ridiculously short, usb-a to usb-c cable - I plugged it usb-c to the power bank and usb-A to my power brick - and now it is charging. So what is going on? Looking carefully at the packaging it doesn't say usb-pd anywhere - so I guess it can't be charged from a usb-pd port?? How nuts is that! None of the technical information or FAQ or packaging mentions this very important limitation!

No instruction but I was assured it would work with my iPhone 15 pro max and my laptop. It works with neither. I can charge it. But it’s basically a useless brick of unreachable power. I paid $65 at the airport. Utter waste.

It does great in its sole purpose of getting you battery fast. However I see a lot of complaints about recharging the battery itself. To charge this power bank you need use a fast charger for like a tablet and BOOM no issues with getting juice back into the battery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a total let down and waste of money Battery promotes 78 hours worth of charge but thats total cap. Most i've gotten out of it is like 15 max before it dies. Recharging the battery to full charge takes wayyy too long, I have plugged it in completely dead, came back about 4 hours later and it was barely half charged. And my biggest issue is the charging cable provided to charge the battery - why did yall think it was a good idea to make it like 5 inches long? You have to have something just the right height next to the outlet to sit it on otherwise you're straight out of luck. I have tried using other charging cables for it and it wont accept it, only the cable provided will work. It has been useful sometimes but totally not worth the $40 I spent. If I had known I definitely would not have bought this.

I am using the same cable that I have always used. Cable is fine. Now it's just a frustrating paperweight. I don't have the money to waste on things that aren't going to work.

I find myself out and about alot and if I'm in my car it has to be on in order for me to be able to charge my phone, so this power bank is exactly what I needed!!! I was a little skeptical about it because I've gotten power banks in the past that didn't work very well, but this one definitely works very well and has been fully charged since I got it!!! Plus it's Rose Gold colored instead of black or white like everything else. Definitely recommend!!!

Then get to London only to find out that I can't charge the power bank without a USB-A plugin. Very disappointing, for what is otherwise a product I immediately enjoyed using. Nowhere on the box does it indicate this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply not reliable I bought the charger at the Curry's in Cheetham Hill (UK) in June 2022, and it worked fine for a while with my Android phone (though it is rather bulky and heavy). In recent months, even when fully charged it struggled to fill my empty phone to 40%, with the 5 lights on the side quickly fading to just one, and that involved my constantly unplugging and replugging because it would doze on the job. That's just not something you need to bother with when on the run, and it's a timely process. I would not recommend, sorry!

The power bank had charge which is great but I am frustrated by the instructions on recharging the powerbank which I have now worked out but it has been a confusing process working it out. I think this will work out to be a good purchase but it's a shame the instruction manual wasn't comprehensive / easy to digest.

You don’t have to charge it after every use like the Belkin 2500 charger that you stick to the back. This is very convenient. The only negative is when I’m charging my iPhone through the USB - C it keeps falling out if I’m walking with it in my hand. I tried using a Belkin cord and the same thing happens. It charges faster then some other chargers.

Of the four charge status lights, only the first shows life: it blinks steadily after the status button is pressed. I have left the unit plugged into a charging station for more than 24 hours with no change. Despite the fact that the status lights seem to indicate the unit is discharged, I can connect to my iPhone and see that unit is receiving power from the Belkin. Any idea what is happening?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware - Fundamentally Flawed Needed some portable chargers and bought 4. Connected them to fast USB-C chargers for hours, and nothing happened. No blinking light, no progress lights - nada. I tried Apple USB C cables, Thunderbolt cables, third party USB-C cables. Nothing happens. The ONLY cable that works to charge the Powerbank 10K is the included 5" USB-A to USB-C. It must be a nonstandard USB-C port in that it only recognizes Belkin's cable. But - what a stupid decision. Fast charge? No. Moved to your gear to USB-C? Better hold on to an old charger just for this PowerBank. For a product that claims it frees us from having to charge all the time, it actually requires two additional items to be in your carry if you ever want to charge it. This is so "un-Belkin-like" I can't even believe I need to warn others about this dud product. Shame on you, Belkin .

I bought the gold colored 10k Belkin 5 years ago and it has worked so well I bought 4 more for Christmas gifts this year for my kids and their spouses.The gold is not offered anymore and it came with 2 USB -A and 1 micro USB that you charge it with.I use the old gold all the time still and it hasn't failed me. I bought pink’s and blue’s and love the colors for my kids.I probably will treat myself to one of the new ones with the USB-C although my old one is still going strong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Charge with a USB-A into the USB-C port Actually is a good power bank. However it has useless instructions/support. I have this a year or so, and went looking to charge it up again for a forthcoming trip. Logically it seems like a USB-C power block to the USB-C input would be best. So I did that, and .... nothing happened. Note that it took a while to work out nothing is happening since in normal operation there are no lights displayed anyway. It was only through reading another review on here that I found that a USB-A power block to the USB-C input is the only way to charge this block. (You do not need the specific supplied cable, any USB-A to USB-C will work). Why Belkin cannot make this clearer, preferably on the device itself, or at least on the rather useless support page (why is there not just a simple one-page PDF user-manual?) is beyond me. If you are still reading this far: 1) The button on the side always displays the current status of the block, even if nothing is being charged. That is it's only function. 2) When the block is being charge (using a USB-A power input to the USB-C middle connector) then the lights show up, solid for the already charged and flashing for the power sector being charged. eg. right not mine has 1 solid light an 1 flashing light showing it has >25% but <50% charge. 3) When the block is charging something, the lights show up in the same way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power bank not recharging... Bought at airport, was happy it charged my phone out of box. Could never get the Power Bank to recharge via the USB C. Support chat took :30 min and was't paying attention, kept telling me to to send a jpeg of device after receiving SN and Model number. Then said it came with cable when it did not and blamed that as issue. I used three different USB C to USB C cables and a couple different wall chargers with none of them being able to charge the power bank. Bummed I over paid for a branded power bank that doesn't work properly and has no resolutions. Stick to the cheap no-name devices, at least when expectations of support isn't met, it won't compound the frustration of purchasing a device that doesn't work right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could have been good My wife bought this when she was in a small town earlier this year and her phone needed a charge. I saw it on the counter yesterday and asked her about it. She told me how it helped, but she couldn’t figure out how to charge it back up, figuring she needed a different charger. I looked it up on the Internet and tried charging with a 20W Apple USB-C cube and a 30W Apple USB-C charger I use on my MacBook Air. Neither did anything. No led indicator on the Power Bank. Didn’t even generated heat on the Power Bank or the USB-C cube. I do give it two stars however, since the serial number ends in 2022.07, so I’m guessing this was sitting on the shelf for a few years just waiting to give the little life it had left.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BPB stands for Bicep power by Belkin? I've always had good luck with Belkin chargers, this one is new to me the BPB012 which I purchased for an upcoming trip to Europe. So I will report back after that, however, it is fairly bulky/hefty and weight is more than I expected at 1 lb. I suppose I can do some light bicep curls with it? :)

Neither one of these power banks charge more than 1 light. Tried multiple plugs, multiple cables, nothing. Have loved Belkin products in the past, these are horrible, now just paper weights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No way to charge your device Awful. I bought 5 of the blue ones May 2026 and it’s such a mistake! I can’t use them with any of my current phone cords. It only charges with the USB A to C cord it comes with. The C port in the middle only works to charge it with only the cord it comes with , it won’t work for me to plug my apple C/lightening cord into, which is what I use to charge my phone; instead, the battery pack sucks the power OUT of my phone to charge itself! I can’t believe they are selling this defective product and apparently make it impossible to return, I can’t get a hold of customer service and I want to return all of these. The product page says the C port is in/out and it isn’t. I used the Belkin cord to plug into my iPad next, which has a C port, and the laptop shows the lightning bolt “charging” symbol but has stayed at 7% for an hour. This is totally useless! I may have to get my credit card company to charge back this purchase if belkin won’t respond for a direct refund.
