Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Default is not to run at 2666Mhz Be sure that you understant what is XMP. Validate that your MoBo support XMP (Xtreme Memory Profiles) to let you achieve the highest velocity. My fault to assume that publicity of DDR-2666 is the default velocity. In my case, the memory is running at 2400Mhz. By the way, working together, I achieve an avg of 34.5 GB/s, that is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy upgrade! I bought a laptop with a great GPU and CPU, but it was lacking in memory and storage. With crucial I was able to upgrade to 32gb of ram and add a 2tb SSD for less than if installed from OEM.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as expected. Between this and the SSD installed system performance increased drastically.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ASUS ROG STRIX G531GV I feel really bad! I used your compatibility tool and search engines and it said this memory is 100% compatible with my PC. Well, it's not. It runs 2400MHz max, and this PC runs up to 2666MHz with stock memory... I contacted ASUS Europe and they confirmed, this RAMs are NOT compatible with my computer. Thanks a lot Crucial... 150$$$+++ to the garbage bin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This purchase was kits 5, 6, and 7. Yes, I use CRUCIAL I enjoy the fact that for only a few bucks more I was able to procure the Ballistix line for these workstations. I use Crucial when I can. Buy from them direct 1st! Then online retailer. Lastly, never buy from a big blue or red box store, find your closest Micro Center and take a road trip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not compatible with DELL XPS 15 7590 Even though I used the search tool on Crucial's Internet Site to find a compatible RAM stick for my Dell XPS 15 7590 laptop computer, this Ballistix I ordered wasn't compatible even if it said so in the results I got. I received one kit that wouldn't work and after chatting with one of their technician, it was suggested they send me a new kit of the same model, that turned out to be as incompatible as the first kit received. It was made clear with the chat conversation I had with the technician that the exchange would be absolutely free of charge to me and it turned our it wasn't as I needed to pay a second time for import fees (±40$) since I live in Canada. Absolutely disappointed about that and nothing Crucial could do on their side and now I am stuck with incompatible RAM sticks. Never again will I order directly through Crucial because of their poor customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for multitasking & ZOOM CALLS So I recently returned to University after 24 years, today zoom calls and online activities play a key role! With 16gb of ram this was possible, but ram at 79% capacity. And after 30 minutes became sluggish. (Previous DDR4 2133mhz 16gb) now I can seamlessly work, and video call to multiple students with out any trouble. I'm not a gamer!
