This AppleCare+® Service and Support Program extends the technical support of base Apple® licenses for a Mac mini® computer for up to 3 years. It's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The process is flexible, and users can use chats or phone calls to seek assistance using this AppleCare+ extended warranty. Service topics include the iCloud™ online service, the macOS® operating system software and connectivity with printers or Wi-Fi®.
Because of integration with the OS, the hardware and applications, the support is helpful specifically regarding Apple products, providing solutions to most problems with a single call. The AppleCare+ 3-year warranty subscription offers two physical damage incident protections every year, subject to a service fee. Hardware coverage includes battery service for batteries that retain less than 80 percent of their initial capacity. Subscribers also enjoy onsite repair services for a Mac mini computer by using carry-in service at an Apple Store®.
