It covers a broad range of devices including Mac® computers and iPad® and iPhone® mobile digital devices. This AppleCare for enterprise service agreement has an account manager toolkit, which enables efficient tracking and reviewing for IT infrastructure issues. With an integrated hardware, software and application solution, the AppleCare service and support program provides comprehensive services. Apple provides a designated liaison to deal with specific issues that occur. The service agreement enables IT managers to designate six contacts to obtain technical support for enhanced enterprise productivity.

Users can reach the Apple support team through phone or email, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to facilitate speedy troubleshooting and issue resolution. This AppleCare three-year agreement has a one-hour response time for high-priority issues, which minimizes downtime of mission-critical hardware. With onsite hardware service for three years, it limits the exit of sensitive business data from premises. Trained technicians from IBM®’s Global Technology Services, an Apple Authorized Service Provider, ensure precise equipment service and repairs within the next business day (NBD).
